Beachfront vacation rentals in Monte Cristi Province

This is a very lovely place close to the kite beach where the wind blows every day! Judy and her family were extremely helpful and kind, which made our stay really pleasant. Thanks to Judy her flexibility we extent our stay because we loved the place so much :)

A life changing Oasis of fun and peace. If you ate looking for a place to disappear to enjoy Kite surfing and being close to nature and all the elements, this is the place to come. The food here is spectacular, it's fresh and locally farmed and fish, beers, wine, rum and almost anything may want. The staff are incredibly attentive. He instructors are top level, they know their Kites surfing and how to teach the skills. After all, at the end of the day, a fire by the beach with great friends, wine and the world becomes a life giving place. Come here and experience it for yourself, you will love it!!!

it was a pleasure to wake up early each morning and walk on the beach. The proximity to Kite Beach is great. Judy, Chris and their helpers made me feel at home.

This place was totally amazing!! Best vacation and stay ever!! We were two friends traveling together, one kiter and the other did not kite, and we both loved this place. We both had one of our best traveling experiences ever at this place! All the people and dogs working at this place are so lovely and welcoming - they will help you plan activities and everything to make your stay the best one ever. Buen Hombre is super nice for kiting, for both experienced kiters, and beginners. If you are an experienced kiters I will totally recommend you to ask Riin if they can arrange any downwinders or the 7 island kite trip. If you are a kiter, book the whole trip through Riin, that's at least what I will do the next time I go to Domanican Republic. They have a place both in Cabarete and Buen Hombre, and can help you flex between the two places! They also arrange a lot of really fun trips and activities you can join! Both of us will definitely come back to this place!

It was really nice to stay with Fabio and Cinzia. They make you feel like home, always very friendly and smiling, taking care about us, asking if we need something, really really nice stay! Otherwise they are a great cooker as well, the breakfasts were fenomenal and pizza - you know it was. ade with Italian love.. ;) We have enjoyed a lot and I hope we will see you again - definitely of we go to buen hombre - your house is the right place! thank you again and take care!

Great host...always available....very helpful........very quiet and beautiful place

This is a very charming place. It is within walking distance to a great local seafood place and to an operator that offers boat tours to nearby attractions. The host was very helpful. Great value for the price. We will comeback to Los Jardines when visiting Monte Cristi. Gracias Lorraine.

It is a quiet, clean place in a good location. Hector made us feel like a member of his family. We will definitely be back soon. Mrs. Andrea's food was delicious. Thank you very much for the pleasant time at your home

This is an excellent place to stay in Montecristi, near El Morro and tour operators for excursions around. The garden is like a sanctuary to enjoy while the breeze is like crazy in the afternoon. Very peaceful I will definitely stay in that place again.

I am writting this as a backpacker who walked from the bus station to Lorraine's place, because I like to see local life, and want to give my personal perspective. The owner is very nice/proactive & will go out of her way to help you. She provides drinking water & maintains the property beautifully. There are restaurants within walking distance & a ocean front party street. You are also 4-5km from a national park (the big mountain), which has a good hike & nice beach. 100 peso to enter. There are things in the DR that you can't control... Noise is one of them. I spent 2 nights, which were completely different in regards to noise. 1st night: -you could here music from locals 1km away until 12am -the guest next door tired to be very quiet, but I could hear them "having fun", which is just from the design of the building -there was a water pump near my window that went off at 8am 2nd night: absolutely peaceful and no 8am water pump sound 😀 The water is warm - just adjust heat switch
