Waterfront vacation rentals in Monte Carlo

Beautiful studio furnished and arranged with taste and quality, all with a magnificent view of the Bay of Nice! Particularly well located for shops and walks in Cape Town: everything can be done on foot. Too bad the environment is noisy, sometimes very early in the morning. Jean-Pierre and Yvette are charming hosts and provide very good advice.

Very good stay at Hannah's place. The area is great, the flat is close to everything, with an amazing view on the port. The flat is also quite well furnished. Hannah was friendly and helpful.

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend staying at Herve's! The views of the sea are spectacular. The kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped and recently updated. Even has heated towel racks. Very walkable location. Everything about our stay was great. We will be back.

Frederico is a great host who speaks perfect English. During our long stay (4 wkn), there were a few things not available. Make 1x contact and it was arranged accutally. He was also always available for questions, info and tips. In short: great stay.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We had a wonderful time in Marions house. The villa has a perfect location close to a nice beach but still in a quiet spot. The two terraces where great with excellent views. We would very much like to come back!

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

This was one of our best stays in Antibes. A beautiful home with stunning views of the ocean from all rooms. Comfortable, clean, and with great amenities. A central yet quiet location just steps away from the old town Antibes charm with many restaurants, stores, and more importantly - the beach - nearby! Highly recommended!

We were really impressed with Cyril’s place. It felt very cute and full of character, as it was very old. Exactly what we had been looking for. The location was fantastic, as we could walk down to the beach in just minutes. Only slight issue was the lack of air con with the August heat, but this was mentioned before we booked, so our own mistake. Overall, we would definitely recommend you stay here. It was such a lovely stay, and so close to everything!

Charming apartment just next to Poet’s Garden and the Mediterranean. Nathalie and her family were quickly at our disposal and responded immediately when we had a small emergency. She and her children (adults) were charming! i can’t recommend Nathalie’s place enough - I would definitely stay here again next time through Antibes. Delightful!

Amazing location with a great view. Was big enough for 4 adults and a child. Right on the water in old town I would highly recommend staying here.

Jon's place was fantastic. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location. It was just a short walk to tram line 2 which took us anywhere ee wanted to go. We stayed for 1 week so we purchased a 7 day pass with the Lignes d'Azur app and allowed us to just scan our phones for the trams and the busses (less than 3 digit designation) to explore all over the surrounding cities. When checking in, we were shown how everything worked and recommended cafés and convenience stores. The place is small but well equipped and perfect for 2 people. We would absolutely stay here again. I felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is simple, very functional, with love and fully equipped. Tea and coffee are also available for the first hours. Berta is a gracious agile person and will be able to help in any situation. I'd love to come again.

Very friendly and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing and in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need the car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We can highly recommend this apartment. Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

Great location right by the beach and a private pool with great views towards Nice. Kevin is a great host and always available if you have any questions. The property itself is luxurious, secure and kept very clean.

Staying in this unit was an absolute delight! Having breakfast on the patio with fish swimming just below us was truly unique. The location is unbeatable, nestled right above the water in a peaceful residential neighborhood with easy access to everything. Our host was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommended!
