Beautiful place!!! Ideal to spend a few quiet days with the family in contact with the nature. The hostess is super helpful and promptly resolved the details that came up. Quiet place but close to the city, with a mild climate (bring blankets and blouse for the cold nights) and many, many birds. We bought a lot of lingerie, pajamas... the city has several shops with great prices. We visited the dairy and the fishing grounds that are very close to the property, very nice. Loved it!! I recommend bringing a stereo, we use the one in the car.

Great cost x benefit! The view is stunning, better than the photos! All clean, new, quality, and working. Comfortable beds, air-conditioned, super organized host, sends all guidelines and tips by pdf before arrival. The kitchen is complete, even airfryer. The only observation I would make is about the city of Caconde, during the week many sights are closed. What saved us was the house being wonderful and having a heated pool with a beautiful view. There had tucans passing all the time. I highly recommend!

The house has a great location. It is ideal for those who want a good place to rest and relax. It is located in the middle of coffee plantation, which provides the view of several species of birds, among them, of toucan. The house's infrastructure is excellent, with new and well cleaned kitchen materials. The only recommendation is in relation to the balcony, which needs a protection to prevent the fall of distracted people or children. Adriana's support is a differential I've never found the same in other locations. We served very well, always available and contributing to the best possible hosting. An excellent host! It was wonderful , impeccable stay, very large house, with everything you need for long and short stays, I stayed more than a month and there is nothing to complain about , the neighbor in the front is also super gentle , the house is in one of the best regions of Guaxupé
