Alessandro and Mr. Luigi are extremely hospitable people. They welcomed us as family members but were never intrusive. They were available to meet the needs of a couple of new parents (camping cot and high chair). The apartment is complete with everything, extremely clean and easy to reach. It has an elevator and the spaces are generous. Highly recommended both for the location (you can reach the sea in a 5-minute walk without crossing the Aurelia), ample parking and market available nearby. Go visit them... it will feel like home! Thank you so much for your hospitality :)

The place is perfect, there is absolutely nothing to improve for us👍 Everything is extremely clean, a beautiful decor and there is no shortage of quality equipment! Breathtaking views of the sea🤩 Another huge thank you for all the attention you gave us, the welcome chianti, the coffee pods 🙏we enjoyed😁 Thank you also for your responsiveness to each of our requests (restaurants, visits, shopping...). Very nice accommodation in a private villa. We appreciated the beauty of the place, the comfort and cleanliness of the space. 3 minutes from Final Borgo and 2km from the beach, the location is ideal Gianluca is a super welcoming host, easy and very available. We had a great time, it was me and my partner and 3 small dogs Both Emanuela and mom were super helpful and kind. The dogs also found themselves divinely, they also provided us with bowls and kennels. Very nice, elegant and refined apartment. Very nice terrace and surrounded by plants and flowers. We had a lovely and restful time, the location is beautiful with the private beach and the sound of ocean waves, the view of the sea is wonderful. Camilla is a great host and Paolo is amazing, warm and friendly, and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and even took care of arranging a boat charter for us with a great local company who really took care of us, even arranging to get a birthday cake on short notice, going into town to pick it up for us! Amazing hospitality that made our trip special. Thanks so much!

We stayed at the Maison d 'or one night and didn't want to leave! Our stay was very pleasant because the apartment is really very nice, with attention to detail and clean. A quiet neighborhood, well served with bar, supermarket, pharmacy and bus stop below the house. Upon arrival, the host provided us with all the necessary information. The focaccia kindly offered and the breakfast was very welcome when we woke up. We'll definitely be back

I had never come across such care in the furnishings, excellent quality materials both in the furnishings and appliances, refined finishes and lots of cleanliness. Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Our stay in Chiavari was fantastic - many thanks to Silvia! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an extremely quiet building. We stayed for 6 days (including over Easter) and Silvia was kind enough to check in on us multiple times throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we loved how large the space was! There was plenty of room for us - especially staying there multiple days. This was a great home-base and we can't say enough good things about it! Grazie mille, Silvia!

The host is quick to respond and very welcoming. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to find. The location of the house is good, there are many restaurants nearby, very close to the seaside road, very quiet at night. The room is also very clean, the mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. The house is as described and has a lovely garden and terrace. Restaurants in Bra are close and there are plenty to choose from. I can recommend this house and would stay here again
