This place was the perfect place to relax and be in peace with a 10 minute drive from montañita which if you want a night out it’s not far at all, definitely recommend!

I booked this house for my boyfriend and his family. It ended up being around 13 of us and we all fit comfortably in the space. We loved that we had our own private beach and pool, and it was a beautiful outdoor space. The space inside was clean and very nice. The only thing that i can think of that was a downside is that there were not enough towels in the rooms. Some of the couples had to share a towel. Miguel was great at communicating and responded quickly. I definitely recommend staying here. I would come back!

We had a very comfortable stay with my family and a lovely time, can't recommend this place enough. The house was clean and everything was as pictured. The area was very peaceful and safe and the views were incredible. Ivan was an excellent host, he greeeted us at the gate and helped us bring our bags up and got us settled in. He was very responsive and provided recommendations and messaged us a list of cabs to call in the area so we could get around. We were able to call a cab to take us to the beach and Puerto Lopez, we picked up groceries at the market and had what we needed to make dinner at the house. We look forward to coming back on future trips!

The place is wonderful, the apartment is very clean and tidy. Our stay was very comfortable and quiet. Maria de Lourdes was very friendly and always attentive. We would definitely stay in the apartment again.

The hosting exceeded my expectations. It is at the foot of the sea and is located in a very quiet sector, everything is nearby. A olon 5 minutes, mountain 7 minutes. The fully functional suit. The host is very attentive and there is everything to have a spectacular fds. Thank you!

This is a great studio apartment, especially for the price! Jorge, the host, was very responsive to any question or needi needed. The managers, Freddy and his wife were so gracious and helpful with anything I needed. While there was lots of traffic noise and loud music from surrounding homes/businesses, I personally had no problem sleeping. The grounds are beautiful and there are hammocks and bicycles for your use. Everything is easy and convenient to get to from Casa Valdivia as well. I would definitely recommend staying here at Casa Valdivia! I know I will be back for sure! Thanks to all who made my stay in Olon wonderful!

A very nice and comfortable place to rest. We booked it just a couple of hours before staying, and communication with the host was immediate. The house was very clean, everything was organized, comfortable, and there were details that made the difference. It would take a huge text to write all the good things I have to say about this place. My children loved it, the large garden for children to play, surrounded by trees and nature and ample space to park the car. Everything is very nice, I would definitely book at Casa El Pechiche again.

The super nice and comfortable place, quiet without bulla, also Francisco nis allowed to enter past check-in time due to a problem we had on the way was very friendly on his part. I would definitely rent this place again
