Gérard is a very available host, very responsive and with good advice! It's nice to be hosted by the owner (very friendly) We had a great sunny stay, the apartment matches the photos no unpleasant surprises, the equipment, bed linen, towels, everything is there for a perfect stay! It is furnished with great taste and with quality linen!On the contrary, nothing is missing, the garage is an essential asset, the residence is very quiet and clean, as is the apartment, not to mention the shops nearby. We recommend this apartment with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything Gérard. Véronique

Well-located apartment, 10-minute walk from the city walls. SNCF train station 5 minutes' walk with bus connections to Cancale, Dinard, Dinan and intra-muros. Casino for shopping 4 minutes' walk as well as various restaurants. The apartment is cozy.

We spent 4 very pleasant days in Dinard in the accommodation. Ideally located on the beach of the lock in the magnificent Hôtel Royal, everything can be reached on foot: beach, shopping (different supermarkets, and shops), boat bus to Saint-Malo... The accommodation is spacious, with a well-separated room for children, and toys available. The kitchen is well equipped and the host offers the essentials for check-in (dishwasher, coffee, groceries...). The room overlooks the parking lot but the master bedroom has a sea view (it allows you to be sheltered from the wind :)). It's really a home we recommend for discovering Dinard.

Very well located accommodation, on the edge of the beach and 2 steps from Cancale and Mont Saint Michel. Self check-in allowed us to make the most of our first day of vacation. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Thank you Michelle for all these small touches. We were very well advised on the must-see places around her place. We highly recommend Michelle's place.

brilliant location, close to everything, shops , restaurants, market and beach. could not have been better Lovely easy to access ground floor, very clean and had everything we needed. Anne arranged for us to drop our luggage off with her father in law who was really helpful throughout. Great small apartment for two people with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. would definitely stay there again.

Véronique’s house is spacious and beautiful and the view on the sea stunning. The location is fantastic: as well as being close to two beaches, the “Grande Plage” and “Pen Guen”, there’s a small creek nearby where we often went swimming. Véronique was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was a problem with the mechanical shutters in two of the bedrooms. While it wasn’t fixed during our stay, Véronique really tried very hard to have this sorted out and kept us updated. We’re already planning our next holiday at Véronique’s house!

Very nice flat with a lot of charm ( think antique wood floors, family furniture & high ceilings ) , that has got the most gorgeous panoramic view on Tour Solidor and Dinard. Spacious, bright and quiet ! A perfect spot to explore St Malo and surroundings. Really nice restaurants nearby. Thank you, Jean-Yves and Colette for this very nice stay at your place !

Atypical apartment in the heart of the old town

Christian waited for us in the flat and showed us around the lovely place in a 19th century building. If you have any appreciation for history, you will enjoy this charming place with lots of character. I would say it looks even better than in photos on the listing. :) It’s in a pretty part of the town and there is a wine bar just under the flat. They are very respectful and there is no noise or loud music. But on three occasions the tripped the fuse and we were left without electricity for a couple of minutes. Once my partner flipped the switch back on, and twice someone from the bar came in and put electricity back on. This didn’t dampen our positive experience at all, it’s just a warning for anyone that could be caught in the shower when everything goes pitch black. 🤣 We enjoyed food from two restaurants nearby, there is a market right across the road and you can enjoy a romantic evening walk around town centre. You get bang for your buck and I would totally recommend it.

Perfectly located accommodation in Dinard as well as to discover this beautiful region We had a lovely stay at Alexandre's, the accommodation is well-equipped with the exception of the fridge which is really too small for a family of 4 and tastefully decorated. responsive host and providing all the information necessary for a smooth stay. At certain times it can be difficult to park close to the accommodation, there are free spaces that are about twenty minutes from the accommodation on foot.

Géraldine is very welcoming and responsive. We were delighted. The cottage is as we imagined it from the photos. Very quiet and peaceful located close to beautiful walks, Mt St Michel, the entire Contentin peninsula and the landing sites. What more can I say, everything we love and in addition with superb weather.

What a beautiful home! There was space for our large group, the views were spectacular with so many windows and doors to let fresh air in. Some of the beds were a bit uncomfortable, but the sound of the ocean waves was a lovely plus. Access to the beach couldn’t have been better. Overall, a lovely and beautiful place!

We had a lovely quiet stay in a spotless, clean and pleasant house, enjoying everything we needed. The view from the living room is really nice especially at sunrise, we will come back without hesitation. The only downside is the fact of not being able to open the gate to park inside which requires parking further away when the small parking lot in front is filled. A big thank you also to Evelyne who welcomed us with great sympathy. We will be back!
