Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mont Boron, Nice

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We had a lot of fun at this place A very very quiet place, at least in October. Comfortable And for it to be more than perfect, it would just need a few more cooking utensils, for those who like to cook like us, otherwise there is a beautiful cookware. Good location for bike departures, for hinterland passes. We were well-informed, and the instructions were clear.

Harry Phillipe and his wife were very kind hosts. The communication is very good and we were always helped directly if there was anything. The area is very nice and quiet. We would very much like it to everyone as many cities such as Nice or Menton were also easy to reach by car and you were very undisturbed in this enchanting Airbnb.

Communication is easy as we like it. We discovered a spacious, clean ,very well-equipped and quiet accommodation in a popular but safe area. Most popular: the courtyard to safely park our rental vehicle. The spa on the terrace and the barbecue ( for perfect evenings). The walking proximity to shops, the seaside and the center of Cannes . Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

Wonderful apartment and hosts! Spent a month here with my wife and children. The apartment is spacious with loads of storage space and a fully equiped kitchen. Frank and Pascale provided all the baby equipment that we could possibly need, including toys for the girls. The whole apartment has a feel of quality about it which many apartments lack. We truly felt at home here. The house itself is situated in a lovely gated garden. It was perfectly safe for our little girl to wander around on her own and is ideal for kids’ bikes or scooters. Whilst staying here, I spent a week working. Wifi was great with comfortable desks. Mougins is a fantastic jumping off point, not as busy as Cannes and you can quickly get out of town. The 5 minute walk to the local bakery is a treat! We must also mention our brilliant hosts, Frank and Pascale. They were friendly, helpful, fantastic with the kids and genuinely interesting people that we enjoyed chatting too. They made the stay even more memorable. 

Wonderful villa for a large family with a stunning view from the balconies. Location is about a 45 minute walk into Nice but a Carrefour is within a few minutes walk. Delia was very helpful with checkin and prompt in getting back to us. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice pairing inside and outside, air conditioning, washer and dryer were much appreciated, large living room, dining room, heated pool WoW!. A few small things were missing but Laurent responded quickly to our requests. Thank you

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Beautiful villa castle-style retreat in the mountains with a 1500 feet breathtaking view of Monaco and the Mediterranean. Quiet, fantastic surroundings with flowers, trees, great outside lighting at night for a unique and wonderful atmosphere. All bedrooms were large, beautiful and en suite with outstanding views … my wife and guests were truly amazed by the facilities and decor. We had plenty of adequate parking for our rental car plus parking for our guests. Our outside evening barbecue party with music made our stay special and created a lasting experience for us and our guests.

Pleasant stay with a very clean house and faithful to the photos! Very nice bedding and nice view thanks to a beautiful glass window! We'll be happy to go back!

Sylvie very pleasant and super responsive, very warm! The spa is a plus. The accommodation was a good fit for the description. private terrace, a large part of which was covered. Restaurant Chez Rose worth recommending! Pizzeria grocery store in the square (warm welcome at the 2 establishments).

Paul’s house is extraordinary. Beautiful views, convenient to local attractions, and very private. We had a great stay and Paul was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

my wife and I stayed at Pierre's tree house getaway for a couple of nights and really enjoyed our stay. Pierre was very helpful in finding the entrance to the place, and communicated extremely well. He has a very friendly dog that stops by from time to time to say hello. The cabin itself is quiet rustic but has a charm about it. the kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd need for a short, or long stay. As others have mentioned, if you drive a smaller car with low ground clearance, it would be very difficult to reach the cabin so definitely keep that in mind.

The stay was just amazing, the cottage was very clean, very beautiful and very well organized , we enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful garden outside the cottage with my sister. The hosts were very very nice, very kind and always attentive. Frankly, this chalet has won over our hearts and we will surely come back.😍

We will start by thanking Maryline who was a more than welcoming host, exceptional kindness and outstanding professionalism. Five stars are not enough to express our satisfaction. In terms of Maryline's hospitality and availability, nothing to say except that she is a very friendly and warm person. The accommodation itself, we left mouthfuls, it is even more pleasant and beautiful than in the photos, we were charmed by the splendor of the cabin as well as the calm that surrounds it. It is important to note that there are no opposite, the cabin is in a charming little peaceful village, which has accentuated the scenery. The point that impressed us was the beautiful setting that surrounds it, a breathtaking view of the mountains that only sparkled us during our stay. For our greatest pleasure we also received the visit of adorable little four-legged companions. Go for it!!

Very cute accommodation and cocooning in the middle of nature, the forest and a small river. Soothing and quiet place. Opportunity to enjoy the Spa, which is a real haven of peace, relaxation assured! Tiana is welcoming and available. I would highly recommend it!
