A lovely large, quirky apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near to restaurants and bars. Approx.30 minute easy walk to the cathedral and centre of the city.

We had a very nice stay in Köln. The apartment is in a very beautiful building. The master bedroom is very nice, the other bed/living room was fine. The kitchen was well equipped and cosy. Hassan our host and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We got a lot of good tips for visiting the city. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this fine city.

We enjoyed our stay here and would book here again. The listing is very accurate and the flat was very clean. We had no trouble finding the place and Stefanie had provided us with instructions in addition to information that was in the flat itself. I thought it was a good location for visiting the Christmas markets.

Convenient location to tram, easy to get into Köln. Very responsive host, nice welcome and showed us some key places on the map. Good value, clean & comfortable, slightly older furnishings. Well stocked kitchen.

Enormously enjoyed the hospitality, silence, privacy, the view and the natural beauty. The sauna is a fantastic experience. We'll be back!

I had an amazing stay at NICOLE's place! She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. She even graciously decorated the space for my wife’s birthday, which made the occasion unforgettable. The hospitality was top-notch, and the home was comfortable and welcoming. Large apartment with huge kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beautiful views from the yard. Great environment for hiking to, for example, the caves or the waterfall. There is also a beautiful fish pond less than a 10-minute walk away. Our two dogs don't have to leash along the way and had a great time. And so do we. Unfortunately, we did miss the sunbeds in the garden (they were in the photo).

The house is quiet, very nicely decorated in style and in an original way and there was also some beers in the fridge and tea and coffee making. A little extra: there was a large supply of comics:-). PS: Eric also picked us up from the station and he allowed us to stay several more hours after checkout!

A super nice apartment, very spacious for four people, of very high quality furnished with love for details. The hot tub and sauna were great especially in the cold season and the towels, bathrobe and shoes as well as shower gel were an absolutely beautiful addition. The apartment is located on a beautiful property and is private, in the area there are beautiful hiking trails and Liège can be reached by train within 20 minutes. Communication with Christian was straightforward, parking was super easy on site even with several cars. We would definitely book again and fully recommend the stay.

Been here before. As good as always.

Mother and I stayed at Clementine's b&b for 3 days. She was very enthusiastic and lied about her beautiful place near Maastricht. We felt more than at home! Very extensive breakfast with fresh local products. Relaxed place where you really unwind despite the shared spaces. Stefan welcomed us very friendly. After an extensive tour, we got a piece of cake with a drink, great! Thank you so much for letting us stay. Nice place to explore the area and also go to Maastricht for a day! We'd love to come back! 💫

We arrived on Saturdays and were able to check in flexibly. We were expecting a beautiful, preheated place with a small gift. In general, she left nothing to be desired. With comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, small oven and a hot tub, you have everything you need for a break. The decor is also child-friendly. Sandra convinced us as a very accommodating and friendly host. Communication was smooth and you always got back to you within minutes. Even at night, she came briefly to bring something by. Thanks again and see you soon.

Communication with Jan and Philipp was straightforward and friendly and we felt totally comfortable in the place from the start. The apartment is very spacious, bright and clean. Our little son was always on the lookout for our hosts' dogs and was totally delighted when they walked through the garden. We will be happy to come back!

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

We stayed at Brigitte and Dany's place for 2 nights over New Year. The apartment was distinctive and exactly as shown in the pictures. From the terrace we had a perfect view over the city and the fireworks. Communication went smoothly and check-in was very easy. The hosts welcomed us in a very friendly way. We would recommend the place to anyone. 5 stars!
