Apartment vacation rentals in Monroe County

Place was described accurately and clean. And considering it was parents weekend at IU we were lucky to find at such a reasonable price. They were extremely generous with allowing us to check in early without charging extra and park as we were coming from 6 hours away to attend the football game that day. Just a heads up that there are no elevators and unit is on 3rd floor and parking is across a busy street. Perfect place for a quick stay.

Her studio was great. Well equipped and clean with a short drive into town. She was very accommodating and responsive and would absolutely recommend her beautiful property.

Brooke is a wonderful host and we would 10/10 stay at her place again! The place was the perfect size for a group of 4-6. We only had 4 of us for our stay and had more than enough room to hang out. The complimentary clear bag for the IU game was clutch! And it’s so cute! We had a lot of fun playing ping pong as well. Brooke was also kind to us in her communications and even shared recommendations. Thank you Brooke!

Such a great stay in Bloomington! the location is super convenient as it’s close to Kirkwood and campus! Nakeia was extremely helpful and responsive if we needed anything. I definitely would stay here again and 1000% recommend!

This is truly a diamond of a place! Our second stay here and it is just fantastic. Location is obviously the best—right on Kirkwood in the middle of the action. But the place itself is outstanding. Beautifully decorated, with so many wonderful details and touches to make the guests feel at home. The best beds! And bedding! Everything feels top quality and well thought out. It’s a wonderful place to come back to after a day or evening out! Dori is a terrific host and great at communicating. We will be back!

Kim was exceptionally courteous and responsive. I had to check in later in the day, and I had no problem arranging my arrival time. She had an air mattress set up and ready for my arrival, and my sister and I both enjoyed a private space to rest for the night. The place itself was cute, clean, and cozy. There were extra personalized touches to make us feel welcomed in the space, and the decor was nice. If I'm ever in the Bloomington area again, I will absolutely see if this place is available! I loved the quiet area it was in, and I am especially thankful for the kind hospitality! Thank you for a lovely stay.

our stay was short and sweet for an IU game. Great place to be away from the hustle and bustle of campus, but not too far that you can't get there. would love to come back to fish and enjoy the trails.

The home is located in an area where you can really relax and enjoy the outdoors while still being near lots of shops and restaurants. Marji is a wonderful host and stays in communication with you from reservation to check out with clear instructions and information (the light switches are even labeled)! I especially appreciated the concise listing of basic instructions for everything, making it easy to follow, but not get overwhelmed by a long list of things to do. She quickly answered even the most random questions and even offered to let us check in early if needed. It was just a wonderful experience!

We stayed at Denise’s Condo to visit our daughter in Bloomington. It was a lovely experience, a beautiful condo with great warm vibes. Denise is a great communicator and a delight to deal with. I highly recommend.

Cara’s place was amazing. Beautiful view! Very clean and matched the description perfectly. Our family loved our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible spot! We loved the space and the hot tub. If you want a peaceful spot that is still near a city, this is the spot. We had a great time hiking through the woods and Peter was super friendly and fun to chat with. Will absolutely return if we're ever in the area again. ❤️

To say this place was perfect would be an understatement! It was clean, fully stocked with all the extras, and incredibly relaxing. We are already planning our next trip to Lake Lemon and our stay here.

The Hidden Shroom is a hidden gem! It is so close to downtown Nashville, but still in a country like setting. Very serene. When I went out to walk my dog, I saw 5 or 6 white tail deer running into the woods. The space is very well equipped with comfortable beds. The kitchen had a retro vibe which we loved. Even though the owners live upstairs you never had a feeling that anyone else was around. It was a lovely stay!

Very clean and cozy. The view from outside was also very nice. The owners downstairs kept to themselves and were very quiet so we didn’t really notice they were there.
