Vacation rentals with a patio in Monmouth

This is a cute airbnb that is clean, spacious and nicely decorated! It has a good kitchen which is well equipped with all the necessary pots and pans, which we took advantage of to cook some Thanksgiving side dishes. As others have noted, it is up 2 flights of stairs, so make sure you are willing to carry up luggage! It is also on the top floor with an attic feel, and sloped ceilings in places, so a taller person might have to be extra careful to avoid head bumps. We enjoyed our 4 days there!

This is my 4th time staying at Haley's the location is close to lots of attractions but in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a lot of room. We love it.

We really appreciated the option to check in early and the place was sunny and spacious with all the comforts needed for our multigenerational group!

Our second time staying here with family. Such a great space and location to walk throughout Freeport and come back to relax. Will be back!

We had a great sister’s get away staying at The Inn on Bridge Street for 4 nights. Rebecca was super nice and very responsive to some questions we had. The house itself is in a great location with a beautiful walking path next to the river just down the street. 10-15 minutes to Old Port, 10 minutes to Freeport, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely recommend staying at The Bridge Street Inn.

Kelsey’s place was perfect for our family of four visiting Falmouth. Great location, clean, and cozy. Friendly and clear communication. Awesome all around.

Our stay was for business purposes, so we didn't get to explore all that area has to offer. However, the 4-week stay was fantastic. We did visit Sunday River and Mt Washington area which are beautiful. Joao's home was perfect for rest and relaxation. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. It was especial nice to have the snow cleared very quickly so I could leave every morning at 5:00 AM. Joao was a great host with everything we asked or needed. Thanks The Fritz Family

The house is in a great location - steps away from the ferry terminal, very close to the grocery store, and the water views from the house are fabulous. Gene made our stay completely stress free, from check in to check out. He checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. I would highly recommend this rental, and if I'm back on Peak's Island, I would love to stay there again.

Beautifully appointed home, gourmet kitchen, and nicely decorated. Simply a gem. From the deck with fenced in yard to the ensuite bathroom, this is a perfect retreat. A quiet residential walkable neighborhood and only minutes to the OP. We'd love to return again and again.

Comfortable stay for my family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Centrally located too. Host was proactive, accommodating and super easy work with.

We felt completely at home in Debbi’s place in fact we both said at one point or another we could live there. House is immaculate, well appointed and cared for, amazing water front views and convenient to Bath. I expect we will be staying there again. Great response from Debbi on questions a perfect host.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a terrific family vacation at Sunday River and Krystal’s skin-in/out was the perfect spot. Everyone could come and go for lunch. The hot tub and pool were great adds. Krystal was very responsive. Her home was clean and organized with plenty of comfy blankets and pillows.

This was a perfect home base for a weekend in Portland. We didn't spend much time there, but having the couch and TV was nice for some lazy movie watching on Saturday morning. Plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. Taryn was very comprehensive in her communication before arrival so we didn't have to reach out at all.

Diane the host was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and even increased our stay duration. Definitely recommend this for anyone.

We went up skiing for a couple days and Lindsey’s condo was perfect. Super close to the mountain, easy to find and great for the 3 of us. Centrally located with plenty of parking. And reasonably priced. The boot/glove dryers were awesome!

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Observatory Retreat. The location was central and walkable to downtown and the Eastern Promenade. You could easily stay here without a car because of the proximity to so many restaurants and attractions. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts supplied us ample towels, bedding and kitchen supplies for our week long stay. I would highly recommend booking with Tara and Patrick.

Great place to stay close to downtown Bethel at the same time with beautiful surroundings and access to the ski areas! Always my favorite place to stay!
