Charming home with great amenities and comfy bed. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

This place was amazing! So clean and had every single thing we needed. And in such a great location, so close to everything, with easy and free street parking! The hosts were incredibly responsive and proactive with their communication, even reaching out in advance to give us a heads up that there might be a parking ban due to an unexpected snow storm. (which there wasn't!) I highly recommend this beautiful place if you are in the Portland area. It is just perfect!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

We absolutely loved our stay at SoPo Cottage! It was the perfect spot for my husband and I during our winter visit to Maine. John and Sarah were wonderful hosts, and we loved seeing their adorable cat Ollie as well! The space is so lovely and cozy & fully equipped with everything you need. We made several meals at the cottage & also made the very easy drive to downtown Portland for a nice lunch & shopping. There’s also a fabulous coffee shop right around the corner within walking distance from SoPo Cottage called Second Rodeo - check it out if you have time! Amazing coffee & friendly baristas. Can’t wait to come back and visit soon!

Kelsey’s place was perfect for our family of four visiting Falmouth. Great location, clean, and cozy. Friendly and clear communication. Awesome all around.

We stayed here for a few nights for trip to Sunday River. The house was great, everything was clean and as described. Sunday River was about 28 minutes away, with several close stores/ restaurants. Would love to stay here again if we come back this way

The house is in a great location - steps away from the ferry terminal, very close to the grocery store, and the water views from the house are fabulous. Gene made our stay completely stress free, from check in to check out. He checked in with us to make sure everything was fine. I would highly recommend this rental, and if I'm back on Peak's Island, I would love to stay there again.

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Comfortable stay for my family of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Centrally located too. Host was proactive, accommodating and super easy work with.

We adored this Air BnB--it was in the perfect location, had absolutely everything you could have dreamed of needing, was super comfy and cozy and even decorated for the holidays during our visit in late December--I can't say enough good things about it! My kids loved the numerous games and puzzles available, and we loved the incredibly well-stocked kitchen :) We will for sure try to stay here again when we return to Portland!

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely property! I opened the door, stepped inside briefly, and walked back to the car to tell my wife, “Wow, this place is fantastic!” Great location, plenty of light inside, and all the charm of a 150+ year old building. The heating was easy to manage, house-wide, plus the individual space heaters were a nice nighttime touch.

This was a perfect home base for a weekend in Portland. We didn't spend much time there, but having the couch and TV was nice for some lazy movie watching on Saturday morning. Plenty of closet space and comfortable beds. Taryn was very comprehensive in her communication before arrival so we didn't have to reach out at all.

Diane’s place is fantastic for a couple or a small family or even work buddies. Kitchen was completely appointed all the stuff you need to enjoy meals, washer, and dryer everything on one floor I couldn’t have asked for anything better.!

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

It was a perfect sunny weekend where we spent most of our weekend on Munjoy hill enjoying the restaurants and shops! We walked everywhere and enjoyed the peace and views at Jeffreys place. We were upset we could not extend our stay and take advantage of the late check out that Maggie offered! Easy in and out of the condo! One of our favorite stays in our favorite part of Portland!

We had a great time at Marisela's condo, it was exactly as listed. Lots of nice hikes around and nice people in the building.
