This is my second rental with Frédéric and his brother Raymond, and I am again very satisfied. They are very friendly, kind, attentive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, with an amazing view to the sea. Located in Marina, it is the place for a relaxing holiday. We highly recommend it!

Excellent communication with Madjid, who does not hesitate to answer any questions I have, very polite and courteous. We were welcomed by these parents who are extremely kind and available to all hardships. We had a lot of delay in arrival and they waited for us. flexible check-in and checkout, we were very comfortable very quickly. The apartment is clean, the sheets smelled of laundry as well as towels. There were enough dishes, we were 4 adults and 2 kids that was more than enough for us. The residence is sublime, clean, ultra secure. We took advantage of the.terasse and swimming pools to the delight of the children to the point where we added 3 days. I recommend 1000% and take a spot for next year

Excellent communication with the host. We were always asked about our well-being and there were also tips for restaurants and co. Clean apartment and great stay. Some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stop right outside of the door. Unfortunately, the only negative point is the nearby beach, which smelled of sewage and is unfortunately also very dirty for Tunisia.

Had a great time staying with my family. The apartment is clean and is located in a beautiful environment and not too far from the beach. i had a nice stay at Samaher's, clean accommodation, well equipped and in a good location ,the most is that the accommodation on the top floor, no noise or anything at all, seen beautifully on the residence, as soon as I arrived I had a friendly relationship with Samaher, he is a professional host, I would highly recommend. Everything was really good.. Host was very responsive and flat was lovely. The only thing was that I would have like to be told that the swimming pools were closed. I chose this place mainly for the kids and we couldn't enjoy the facilities. But apart from that, all was good
