We stayed in Alessandro's house for 3 days, perfect check-in, welcomed with the kindness of Mr. Luigi who described the services provided, a very clean house with everything you need to stay... Very close to the sea and shops... A pleasant and quiet stay....+ ++++++ +++++

A great stay! The place is very clean, well-equipped, and especially ideally located: close to the Promenade des Anglais, with the T1 nearby. Thiers train station is only 15 minutes away. The neighborhood is lively, with lots of small restaurants, fast food and ice cream shops to discover. What really makes the difference is Rémy's availability and responsiveness, who was great at answering any of my questions. Only small downside: the stairs, but honestly, it's a good little sporting challenge to pack your bags! Highly recommend this sweet spot.

Perfect place for us to stay, the bed very comfy, good heating (it was really cold outside), the kitchen equipped with all we needed. Very much recommended space!

Beautiful apartment, very well located. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

Enjoyed our stay at Sophie's lovely home. Loved the location! Walk out the door, turn the corner and you enter the area of so many lovely shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are on the backside of the home and were very quiet even though we were so close to all the action. Kitchen was fabulous and well equipped. Sophie provided us with a welcome gift of wine and much needed snacks after traveling from the states. She was very accommodating and responsive! Would definitely stay here again if I visit Nice in the future!

Our stay at the apartment in the middle of september was just wonderful! Tobias and David are the nicest hosts, very carring but not intrusive at all. Their wine bar is also an absolut recommendation. The flat is very stylish and clean and is perfectly located to either have a nice beach day, have a hike in the mountains or just releax in the apartment and enjoy the view. Best of all worlds! Thanks for having us!

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.
