Vacation rentals with a patio in Mona, Kingston

My Stay at Ruel's was short. However it fitted my needs perfectly. The place is small but cozy, comfy, clean and private. Had all the basics I needed for a short or longer stay. And was in walking distance to where I wanted to be. Even before checking in, my questions were answered by one of the 3 hosts, and although I didn't get to meet them, their description, directions and security was on point. Thanks guys

I had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb! The host Shane went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The property was just as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I truly felt taken care of and would absolutely recommend this host to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable experience. Five stars all the way!

It’s my second time staying in the beautiful suite and just like last time it didn’t disappoint. I felt right at home and my host made sure everything was in perfect and I was well accommodated 10/10 would recommend!

Roslyn has thought lot's about the kinds of things that you might need when away from home. From laundry detergent to charging cables Ros has thought of it all. Aside from that the flat was well decorated and very clean and pleasant. In general though I was super impressed with the flat. It is a lovely space and very well thought out. Ros was very responsive to messages and great to deal with. Check-In was smooth and clearly described.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Upon arrival the space was beautifully designed, cozy, and impeccably clean. It had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plush towels, fresh coffee, and snacks along with a kitchen for when I wanted to cook. The location was perfect, just a short walk/drive to local shops and restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was always quick to respond and provided detail for anything needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay again! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway in half way tree.

The place is very accommodating! The house was clean and very spacious. The location is also prime not far from shops and other necessities. Very good if you have a large family or guest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jennifer's Kingston Oasis, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The property itself is beautiful, with a serene atmosphere that truly lives up to its name. However, we did encounter a few hiccups during our stay. Check-in was slightly challenging due to the entry, which led to a bit of confusion at first. Additionally, we experienced an issue with the grill security block breaking, which was a bit frustrating. Thankfully, Jennifer and her cohost was incredibly responsive and had backup security measures in place, ensuring we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. What really stood out, though, was Jennifer’s commitment to making our stay enjoyable. Her tips on getting around were invaluable, especially for mixed aged family like us. Despite the minor issues, we truly enjoyed our time at Kingston Oasis and would definitely recommend it to others.

Zen at phoenix responded quickly. It was easy to get into the property. The host was friendly and we had no issues. Felt like home away from home we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Tanny was an excellent host. The place is clean and well maintained. We felt safe and it was easy to get in and out of the gated complex. Very spacious and comfortable. One of the days there was a major disruption to Internet service the morning of a very important meeting. Once I reported it to Tanny she immediately tried to diagnose the issue and sent her husband out to fix the problem. Since he could not make it the unit before my meeting they gave me access to another unit in the complex that had a working connection from a different provider and my meeting went on without a hitch. Amazing service, very proactive thinking to get a backup internet connection. Don’t hesitate to stay here if your trip includes a little bit of business.

John and Celia were amazing hosts! The apartment is slick, modern, and beautifully decorated. The apartment is in a lovely building away from the main road. It’s really peaceful and has a beautiful rooftop and swimming pool. It’s a great place to stay because it’s conveniently close to shops in the nearest plazas. I’d highly recommend staying at this apartment. I want to stay there again the next time I’m in Kingston!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb, I normally stay at an all inclusive with my family. Another family member recommended this Airbnb because we needed to stay close to where my aunt funeral was being held. I definitely will recommend this Airbnb, to other family members and friends. My mom really enjoyed her stay and had the opportunity to spend quality time with family during this difficult time.

Second time staying at Jhonnoi’s place. Was great as the first time. Very close to everything in New Kingston. Location is very secure. We did not use the pool as I had wanted to because it was dirty. Pool could definitely use a cleaning and the amenities around the pool need upgrading (updated chairs and a couple of umbrellas would be nice) Something the building management needs to work on and not reflective at all of the host. Overall, another great stay!
