This is the best place to stay in Pawhuska. They have considered every detail, and the place is of excellent quality. It has a great entertainment backyard and is located near great shops and restaurants. I always enjoy staying at the cottages!

My husband and I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs. We love the personal touches that a host adds to a home and this one really set the bar high! This may have been our favorite place we've ever stayed. The home was beautiful...we played games and listened to vinyls on the Bluetooth record player. The hot tub was incredible. We enjoyed the privacy and views were perfect. We needed a re-set this weekend and it was the place to do it! It's the perfect spot to enjoy with your significant other or the family.

A cozy little escape for a couple days. Very accommodating with excellent communication. My partner and I enjoyed the relaxation our host was able to provide, and would definitely return again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Loved being greeted with yummy cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities, coffee selections, and water bottles in the spotless fridge. Everything was Super clean, plenty of towels, linens, and even thoughtful small size items like toothpaste if needed! We were visiting family in El Dorado and this comfy location made it easy and fun. Nice outdoor area where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Lots of available outdoor space for stroller walks to entertain the baby traveling with us. The thoughtful description of all the stairs in the cabin were appreciated even though our baby was pre walking and we were able to easily keep her safe. The host was always available for questions and proactive in asking if we had needs. We will definitely use this location again if / when we visit.

Booked a 5 day trip by myself, and the 2nd day i ended up in the hospital with kidney stones. Eric and his property manager Della, went above and beyond communicating with me and checking on me. Della and her husband even came to the hospital and helped drive me and my truck back to the house! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. These are some very good honest caring folks! The house was everything they described and very roomy, unfortunately i had to cut my trip short and didn’t get to enjoy it as much as i would have liked. Eric was very generous and helped me out with a partial refund. If i get the opportunity to make the trip back up to Kansas, i will be coming here! Thank you Eric and Della so much for everything! Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

This is a beautiful property with so many things to do. My grandkids loved playing pool in the basement and fishing in the lake. The adults loved the peaceful surroundings and the views. It was an ideal location for family photos. We had a difficult time getting the heat to come on in the basement, but my son figured it out. So many thermostats! There were also a lot of stains on the carpets. Things that would have made it better: A working fireplace Another queen bed upstairs Ability to get enough hot water for the tub. We enjoyed our stay at Delano Delight and thought the name matched the home. In a darling college neighborhood with lovely old homes decorated for the Christmas holiday, we loved the house for many reasons. And it was close to our event in downtown Wichita. Truly a lovely stay!

we had a late Christmas with my children and it was a wonderful homey environment and we loved it probably stay there again!

My wife and I have family in Wichita so we go there often. Would definitely stay here again.

DAN was fantastic. We had a late flight on Sunday and he was able to accommodate a late check out on this date. Really appreciate his flexibility in the house was perfect very comfortable.
