Cottage vacation rentals in Moissac

We had a lovely stay in a beautiful stone cottage, which more beautiful in real life than on the pictures. It is very quiet, beautiful country side which is 5 minutes from the village in car or 45 minute stroll. The countryside is hilly in the area. Valerie was very nice and helpful.

Very quiet peaceful night

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

A beautiful place to recharge your batteries surrounded by nature. Quiet and starry sky guaranteed at night. We did not brave the cold to go to the hot tub but it was available. The main room is warm with its stove guaranteeing good times for family or friends, in a friendly atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay here! 4 adults and 3 children aged 10-14. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need. It has been renovated to a very high standard which blends the modern and the traditional seamlessly. Beautiful views, quiet location, lovely pool. We really could not fault it. We have hired many villas and apartments over the years and this one is at the top level. All made better by the host (Elodie) responding to any issues almost immediately and the lovely sunshine we had all week! You will not regret booking this property!

Had a wonderful week, relaxed surroundings and accommodation was beautiful. For us after a busy week for this in the Pyrenees to recover and chill. There is little to do near the Gite, so you have to drive for a supermarket and nice villages. For our adolescents it was too quiet :-) But you can go nearby to a lake, canoe and also ride electric scooter through the area (recommended!). Anne is great and makes your stay perfect. Thanks for that!

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. Very nice accommodation, as described, well-equipped and warm. Large garden really enclosed, our cat was delighted and we peace of mind! The views are superb and a few walks to do. Great for a peaceful holiday. Thank you Maryline!

Great stay at Clos Caché, the house is beautiful, even more than the photos suggest. This is a summer house perfect for large groups. Florian is a very available, accommodating and nice host! We'll be happy to go back.

An excellent address. Exceptional location with a breathtaking sunset - near the pretty little town of Caylus and Saint Antonin Noble Val (very beautiful city and starting point of the Aveyron descent by kayak). Nice well-equipped cottage, very nice pool, very friendly hosts, calm and rest in a countryside that keeps its authenticity and beauty.

We had a great time at Charlotte's place! The location is wonderful, in a very peaceful setting, at the foot of a hiking trail, and on the banks of the Aveyron. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better. The dining/living room is very nice, bright and gives the feeling of being in the heart of nature from the inside. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Very well equipped accommodation, Isabelle and Bruno have thought of everything! They were very responsive when we needed it. We appreciated their hospitality and kindness. The bakery has a lot of charm, the area is pretty, and beautiful medieval villages are to be visited ...

The cottage is great, quiet, total change of scenery! We had a wonderful Christmas week with the family, I would recommend it without hesitation! And we'll be happy to go back!

We are a couple who were looking for a romantic & relaxing break away from the stresses of normal life and we certainly found what we were looking for here. Jane and Marc were exceptional hosts. They openly welcomed us and ensured everything we needed was catered for. The gite was perfect and had everything you could need. The pool was safe, clean and a refreshing facility. The location was tranquil and well positioned for exploring or retreating depending on your needs. We left finding 2 new friends and will return as soon as we are able. There is a truly adorable pussy cat who adopts you and the next doors little dog was a pleasure to play with. All in all we had the most relaxing holiday we’ve had in many years and are grateful to our hosts.

This is an animal lovers paradise! Sophie has all kinds of animals; 12 cats, 4 dogs, Baba the parrot, several birds, 4 donkeys, 2 ponies, ducks, chickens and fish. The pool was the highlight of the trip, giant and clean. We had lots of fun jumping in or cooling off when it got hot. The cottage is decorated with so many nice pictures and paintings, far more detail than we've seen with any other trip. It was also thankfully lovely and cool inside so sleeping wasn't an issue at all. The posh mattress in the master bedroom also helped. Wifi reception was excellent with around 15Mbps download speeds. The local area is fantastic, loads to see and do and local markets to visit. The village is just walkable for your morning bread, though I preferred the bakery in Lecture which was spectacular. Sophie was on hand for local recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to eat at or just for a chat. We had a super time on our Summer holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Lovely stay at Méric Gites. Beautiful location, very comfortable and spacious gite, great pool. Gareth and Fiona are excellent hosts. We would love to return one day.
