Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mohawk Valley

We had at great time at the Wheelhouse cabin. The scenery was beautiful and we had some glimpses of wildlife too. Watching and listening to the stream was serene. Between the soaking tub indoors and hot tub outdoors, we reached peak relaxation. The bed was extremely comfortable, right down to the linens. Thanks to Ina and Scott for such great accommodations, and for being amazing, conscientious hosts.

This is the second time staying with Ron. As always, an enjoyable and peaceful stay. A few minutes of of the downtown core of Poland, it is a great little glamp-site to spend a few days away. A good mix of quiet and secluded. The stream behind the property sounds wonderful and the fog in the morning is just beautiful. Ron communicates well and is always a good host. I always recommend staying with Ron and will be back again.

The cabin was ideal for my wife and I !! We had our dogs with us and there were trails right on the property!! The cabin and surroundings were private but not too far from stores and activities. Jason communicated great and made check in very easy!! Highly recommend to stay here for a upstate New York trip!!

The carriage house was beautiful and well appointed. Every inch was spotless and clean! It was so fun to visit all the farm animals, cats, dogs and the silly emu. Jemma is the most gracious and accommodating host. We had farm fresh free range eggs whenever we wanted. The farm was maybe 20 minutes from Cooperstown on a quiet road tucked up in the foothills. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet place to stay in upper state New York I highly recommend this.

This was easily a top-three experience among all our AirBnB stays! The home is situated in one of the best locations and school districts in the greater Syracuse area, with the added bonus of being nearly walking distance to Wegmans—a major convenience! The property was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and equipped with all the amenities my family and I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with Merritt and his team was seamless before, during, and even after check-out. They are friendly, professional, and truly go above and beyond. Merritt will be our first choice for accommodations whenever we return to the Syracuse area. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, I was astonished at how beautiful the place was! Felt like you entered into the lobby of a resort, super huge living area, full bathrooms with multiple stalls (the men’s bathroom had a shower in it too). The only real full bathroom however was part of one of the largest bedrooms, which connected to one of the other bedrooms - wish it was completely separate so all could utilize it too as a 2nd bathroom without inconveniencing any of the others, but no big deal at all! Again, there was the option of another. The fireplace and multiple living areas was just perfect, with wood supplied, which was a plus. While we went in the winter, the serenity of the lake across the small road was very pleasurable - Can only imagine what it’s like in the summer and warmer weather! True gem! What a great investment Melissa has here. I never have said this about another rental, but I would DEFINITELY return! Do yourself the favor and book! You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

We had a wonderful stay! The views were stunning, the surrounding nature was peaceful, and it was the perfect escape from the city. Theresa and her adorable dog, Ben, were amazing hosts who made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer! Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Very nice place, looks even better than the pictures and feels bigger. Everything was great and very clean. No issues at all.
