Really appreciate the hosts. Kind, courteous and very helpful. 5-10 minutes from everything. Large enough for me and my 3 young boys to be comfortable for a long football weekend. If I come back to the Dome, will definitely stay here again.

Our stay this weekend at the Nautical Nest was just perfect! We were coming into town to see our daughter at Colgate with my elderly parents and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we had all that we needed. She even installed a safety bar in the shower for my father! Amanda also made sure we were aware of some winter weather that had come in and had shoveled and salted for us. Throughout the weekend, Amanda was responsive and friendly! She has decorated beautifully and everything in the house was neat and clean. We enjoyed the view and loved cozying up by the fireplace! The Nautical Nest has quickly become one of our favorite Airbnb rentals!

The carriage house was beautiful and well appointed. Every inch was spotless and clean! It was so fun to visit all the farm animals, cats, dogs and the silly emu. Jemma is the most gracious and accommodating host. We had farm fresh free range eggs whenever we wanted. The farm was maybe 20 minutes from Cooperstown on a quiet road tucked up in the foothills. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet place to stay in upper state New York I highly recommend this.

We booked this Airbnb for a geology class trip, and had a great experience. Kevin is a great host who was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. The place was clean and matched the descriptions and photos well. Great place for a geology class to stay!

We decided to stay at Patricia’s as a last minute decision on our way back to Boston from the south. We needed two days of peace and quiet and this is just what we got. We just wished we’d had longer. Patricia was very responsive and flexible with us as we could not communicate due to having no phone. Patricia and Lenny met us at the place and explained everything giving recommendations for the area. They are both lovely and accommodating. The cabin is lovely, homely, comfortable and private. It rained whilst we were there but it did not matter as the deer, rabbits and birds still visited us. Bring your provisions before you get here and you won’t need to leave. However, the nearest town is 10 miles away do not too arduous if you don’t. This place is well worth the money if you wish to experience the rurality and peacefulness of the Catskills and Patricia and Lenny offer a lovely place in which to do it. Thoroughly recommend and thank you both for your hospitality.

We rented the historic grist mill for thanksgiving and it was lovely. The surroundings are beautiful, especially with snow. The living spaces are very comfortable and the entertainment area is great. The outdoor area is spacious and location next to the creek is great. Bring water shoes for polar plunges.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was so peaceful and quiet. We loved the pond, wiffle ball field, outbuilding and fire pit. It was so nice to host the team for a party and enjoy conversations. The home is very charming and the porch is amazing! Loved it!!

Christina's cottage was a great place to relax and unwind with my friends. Seriously, we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, uncluttered, and perfectly decorated. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay extra enjoyable. Christina has thought of everything that a traveler may need... snacks, games, toiletries, beach towels.. you name it. The back deck gave us a front row seat for the sunset, so nice! She was very responsive to anything we needed. Great house, great host. Thank you.

We had a great time staying at Codeys house. A ton of room for a big group and the backyard was awesome for daytime activities.
