Vacation rentals with lake access in Mohave County

One of the best houses at Sams. The private cove is amazing! We left our boat parked at the cove. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Patio was private with outdoor shades and a cozy firepit. Remember to bring some beach chairs..we forgot ours.

I won’t lie I was nervous after reading few reviews. However, I am glad I didn’t let that get to me while booking. This place was in beautiful location. The home felt like home. Everything was great about this place including the host who was very good on responding. If I had to choose one downfall would probably be that there is no washer and dryer. No one likes traveling with dirty clothes. However, after reaching out to host she did offer to let me do couple loads. Hopefully that could be something they offer the guest in future. My family visits the river every year around this time. Who knows R.V.’s might just be the home we choose to stay at again. Ps. Neighbors to left was very friendly seem to be a resident year around. Great neighborhood.

Enough room for a group of 8 guys for a boys trip. Nice size living space with additional area to shoot pool. The front porch had two nice sized grills that were in great working condition. This 4 bedroom home has two AC units to cool the home off during the summer heat. Looking to book this again next summer for a family trip! Highly recommend!

Dawn was a fabulous host. she was very attentive and always responded. the air BNB was in great condition. Clean, organized, well maintained. The location was quiet and peaceful. I'd rate 6 stars if possible.

Brandon’s place is awesome! Very open floor plan, modern and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and bedding were great. The restrooms were very clean and had updated and new fixtures. The backyard was large and great for grilling and bone fires. If the weather was warmer we would have enjoyed the pool. I would definitely book this place again in the spring or summer to enjoy the pool!

This property is owned by the host. Response to questions was immediate, as this is a brand new property it was immaculate!!! It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking for trailers or visitors We will 100% be back!!!

A great place to stay in Havasu, perfect location and right near everything. Very clean and tidy place, the inside is very pretty and looks like the photos listed. Rebekah and her husband were extremely helpful and great hosts. Overall it was perfect.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect as we were able to enjoy walks in the nearby park, to the facility pool and to nearby restraunts. The stay was comfortable and felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice place to escape from the heat during our stay at Lake Havasu. Sam's place had all the comfort we needed. We loved it and would recommend it for people passing through.

Was in town for Jet Ski World Finals. Place was in centrally located and easy in and out. Very close to restaurants and the lake

We stayed during winter season. Place was clean, peaceful and close to the London Bridge Village. Stepped out the front door to the beautiful walkway along river. Brought our own soap and shampoo, everything else was found at the unit. Our stay was enjoyable.

If I could give this place, more stars, I definitely would. The place looked exactly like the pictures, if not better. Great river access with their own little sandy private beach. Everything in side looked very new. Lovely place in general, I am absolutely booking here again and telling my friends to do so if they get chance.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

Robert and Lynn's place was beautiful find! this was a bucket list check off since it was on the river and close to all the hot spots and at the same time very peaceful at night which is what we wanted. We will be coming back!
