The room was really nice, especially I loved the location, there are lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, Eva and her team are very friendly and responsive.

The check-in felt a little like an escape room, but we managed after a few minutes in the dark (it was 4pm in winter after all). The place is spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, with enough space for our ski luggages. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Octo provided basic grocery like cereals, coffee and cooking oil which is very much appreciated. The only drawback was the strange shrimp-like odour emanating from the shower room when the venting fan was turned on. Octo was helpful, but as it was Christmas we decided to just keep the vent off, and the repairmen to come until after check out. I hope the issue gets resolved before the next tenant. Despite that small issue, all in all a very happy stay.

Teal's apartment is very well equipped , cozy and tastefully furnished. You're right at home. It is located in the beautiful 7th district. There are great cafes, restaurants and shops. You can get to the 1st district quickly by tram or metro. I'd love to come back!

Loved this apartment for our New Year’s stay in Vienna! Close enough to the First district to walk there but far enough away to be out of the hectic crowds. Other stylish neighborhoods surround the apartment. Everything was easy to figure out and it was great to have a washer AND dryer and 1.5 baths.

Very nice and comfy, and very well located!! There is a bio super market next to it which we loved!

I had a wonderful stay at Judith's place during the week of New Year's. The apartment was impeccably clean, and Judith was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. She provided clear orientation about the area and even researched train pass options for me. For my visit, I found that a week-long train and tram pass was absolutely worth it, especially during the busy New Year's period. The apartment is ideally situated with a tram stop right in front of the building and an underground train station (including a direct line to/from the airport) just around the corner. Despite the high volume of people celebrating the New Year in Vienna, I was able to walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral in about 20 minutes, which was a great experience. Judith lives right next to the rental apartment, making it easy to reach her if needed. She kindly offered to operate the laundry area just outside the apartment (it’s locked for security), though I didn’t use it since my stay was only a week.

Our stay was excellent, the apartment is really comfortable and cozy. The location is very convenient, it allowed us to visit most of places in short time - Opera, St.Stephan cathedral, House de Meer are walcable. Chris is a very open and proactive host, we are absolutely happy we have chosen his place for our vacation. Thank you, Chris! Have a great year ahead!

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

We had everything we needed in this flat. It was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive. Recommended!

It was a lovely flat in an excellent location, with everything you’d need. Nice vibe as well as it was not a commercial Airbnb but actually a private flat. Communication with Christian was easy and he was super responsive and flexible to our arrival/departure times. The one thing to note perhaps is that the third bed is a sleeper couch that is a bit short - so probably better for kids or short adults.

Alois was very nice to us, I was always pending if we needed anything, the temperature of the apartment was perfect, heating in all the rooms, public transport very close, everything is very clean, it lets you park the car in its parking. We would definitely repeat

Convenient location, very close to the Schönbrunn palace and public transport station, so it's easy to get around Vienna. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host is helpful and responsive. We were satisfied and would definitely recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment, very functional with all amenities. Great location near the U1 line that leads directly to the historic center of Vienna in a few minutes. In addition, the apartment is close to the railway station which leads directly to the airport. Many shops are also available nearby. I can confidently say that Sara was the best host possible🥰🥰 Sara was very friendly, and she always responded within 5 minutes. During our stay, my friend was sick and we had to call the doctor. We asked Sara for help, and she even helped us call the doctor to our place. Thank you Sara😗🫶❤️

The flat is extremely well located. Metro station and bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by and within walking distance. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. Everything was there. It is highly recommended.

A spacious and clean apartment with everything you need. Great location with just a few stops to Stephansplatz. Metro is just around the corner. The biggest plus is a cheap and clean garage right next to the apartment.
