Vacation rentals with a patio in Modave

It was just what we needed: a quiet and peaceful place to relax! About 20 minutes walk into town along the river. Use of bikes is a Nice touch. Impeccably clean. Loved the coffee pads ready to use. And the bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We felt very much at home and most welcome. Phelmar and John were truly gracious, easy to communicate with and had great tips to dine out! Hope to be back if our daughter is accepted by the university! 😉 Thank you again for your hospitality - we certainly would recommend a stay with you!

Clean and cozy place, very responsive host.

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

It is a beautiful rustic apartment, tastefully decorated and wonderfully comfortable. The rooms are large and the kitchen was wonderfully extensively furnished. Contact with Birgitta was easy and pleasant. We really liked it!

Everything was perfect! And the little extra with a pellet stove for the cocoon,🔥 but the most important thing was that the owner was more than understanding and available, a luxury that is worth more than all the stars! Because I left more than an hour late for professional reasons and she was able to listen to me and diplomat, however not to repeat 😅

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Beautiful location in a quiet village. Ideal for hikes (pay attention in hunting season!) Parking for 3 cars, modern comfortable house with the necessary amenities. The host was clear in his communication.

We were here for our son's game in the same place. The house was easy to find. The description is accurate. There were 2 cats, one Zorro, was a very affectionate kitten, the other we barely saw. Everything was ready for the cats. Cat tray was nice and clean. The beds were fine. The TV is French, so we couldn't do that much...ha..ha.. We were really lucky to be able to rent this house, we were about a 5 minute drive from the sports hall. Everything was available in the house I'd recommend to everyone.

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Juliane has been a super nice host. Her house/ property is really amazing. Even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent our all yearly men's weekend there with 16 boys. Everything really fits again at any time. Thank you

The host was extremely attentive, helpful and quick in the responses, ensuring everything was perfect for our trip. We felt very welcome.

Very nice, spacious place. Perfectly located. Private Sauna is fantastic, very good recreation after a bike tour. Perfectly equipped.

very cozy, beautifully renovated house. Spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All modern comfort, practically furnished. Wonderful jacuzzi that was already wonderfully preheated upon arrival, so we could enjoy it immediately. For the dog, the beautiful garden with closure was useful. Lots of nice hike nearby. We will definitely be back.

A very nice stay with friends to celebrate the new year and the perfect host!

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the charming and tastefully decorated photos. There is everything the kitchen needs is very well equipped (oil, spices, ...) The accommodation is well located on foot from restaurants and walking paths. Like 2 years ago we enjoyed our stay very much

Very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by Faye. The accommodation is very well located. Very central to access the shops of Louvain-la-Neuve. Faye is a very friendly host. I recommend her place and would definitely stay again again during a future stay in Belgium
