Vacation rentals with a patio in Modave

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

It is a beautiful rustic apartment, tastefully decorated and wonderfully comfortable. The rooms are large and the kitchen was wonderfully extensively furnished. Contact with Birgitta was easy and pleasant. We really liked it!

Although we arrived too early at the location, we were kindly welcomed and allowed to enter the apartment earlier. Beautiful, large space. Everything was present in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice place to store our bikes, so we could easily get to Aachen. This is very easy to reach and highly recommended.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

A very cozy place near three/four country point. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and gave us nice recommendations. The area was beautiful and it was interesting to learn about its unique history.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sebastiaan's house with three adults and three kids. Everything we needed was there, and we loved looking out the kitchen windows to the peaceful creek and fields beyond the backyard. Our kids had a great time playing in the creek as well as enjoying the toys, books, and games in the house. We loved using the indoor fireplace and outdoor BBQ. The house was very clean but still felt comfortable and homey. We didn't realize in advance the kitchen was a few steps down from the living and sitting room, but it ended up being a great space with large enough rooms for everyone to be together but also easy to split into smaller groups. The walk from the house to the nature reserve was wonderful and we saw lots of nesting herons. We felt we still had things we wanted to do in the area and we'd love to visit again and stay again at Sebastiaan's place.

Marie-Lou and Patrick are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. They prepared a welcome home baked pie for the kids, the first of our Airbnb experiences thus far. The beds were comfy and the house is very well equipped. Our kids said this is their best stay thus far and want to give the hosts an “exponentially exceptional” rating.

Olivier’s place was perfect for our needs while passing through town. Great communication, ample space, beautiful location.

Juliane has been a super nice host. Her house/ property is really amazing. Even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent our all yearly men's weekend there with 16 boys. Everything really fits again at any time. Thank you

Very beautiful and clean house, everything you need is present. Very spacious, nicely decorated and cool location. Beautiful view, quiet area and yet close to everything (by car). The tips given for visiting things were very useful! The owners are super friendly, give clear instructions and respond very quickly. Everything was fine, we 100% recommend this stay.

Great stay, Maïté and Peter were very welcoming. The place is like the charming and tastefully decorated photos. There is everything the kitchen needs is very well equipped (oil, spices, ...) The accommodation is well located on foot from restaurants and walking paths. Like 2 years ago we enjoyed our stay very much

We arrived with four people. Emmanuel offered us a larger apartment upon arrival, which we gladly accepted. The house has an elevator, which made access to the apartment, with luggage, very pleasant.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

We had a great stay at Marc's lovely place. Communication was easy and fast. Marc is friendly and communicative. He was so nice to pick us up at the large parking lot with our luggage and take us to the accommodation which is in the pedestrian zone. The apartment is really top equipped, sparkling clean, modern, stylishly furnished with some antiques. We loved all the lovely details. Opposite the property is a small supermarket and on the right is the beautiful cathedral. And within walking distance is the well-known antique market that takes place every Sunday from 7 am to 1 pm. We can really recommend Marc's place from the bottom of our heart and will definitely come back.
