Great place, ideal for what we were looking for. Would defiantly stay again. Nicole and Ramy were really responsive when messaged. Check in and out was really good too.

We just loved our week at Elie’s apartment! On arriving we instantly felt at home and the space was perfect with a large balcony for lazy breakfasts, as well as a few restaurants below which were perfect if we were tired after a busy day sightseeing. Elie regularly checked in to make sure all was ok and was so helpful and quick at responding. Whenever we had any questions about getting about, or places to go he would share recommendations. The location is fab and makes getting about on foot or by cab very easy. The gym and swimming pool were added bonuses and got used daily! We hope to be back next year!!!

Great place will definitely return

Everything was perfect! We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The location offers a stunning view. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks, both from Bluewaters and the Palm, which can be seen from the nearby kids’ playground. Highly recommend!

The location was great and conveniently located to amazing restaurants . I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here whenever I travel to Dubai!

Best service ever and best place

Wonderful stay and excellent service

Had a pleasant stay with Gemstay Vacation Homes. The host was very available and responsive, and I really appreciated the flexibility of the welcome as well as the warm support of the staff, very efficient. The apartment offered a very nice view of the Marina, a lively area with many activities, shops and restaurants nearby. In addition, it is located not far from the Marina Mall which is very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and perfectly equipped, which made my stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend it and would not hesitate to come back!

This was our first time in Dubai and we were not disappointed at all. Clean, great views, and the beach is across the street. Dmitry was an excellent host answering any questions we had quickly and giving us detailed instructions for check in/out. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed such as a washer, toiletries, bottles of water, and welcome snacks. Thank you so much Dmitry!!
