Second time we've leased from Marcelo in Quintay and it was an excellent experience. The place is super comfortable, clean and has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. It is very well located, perfect for enjoying the tranquility and landscape of the area. Marcelo was a first-class host. Always attentive, very willing and concerned that we were at ease. Anything we need, he responded to the shot. We would definitely recommend this place who is looking to relax and enjoy Quintay. We look forward to coming back again!

We have stayed here twice now, and both times were wonderful. The view of the ocean is fantastic and we enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. The community is very quiet. What you hear are seabirds and waves. Nearby, there are many great restaurants and many great walking beaches. The boulders and rock gardens on the property are filled with a great diversity of amazing flowers, both in spring and summer. Every day of the 10 days we stayed here was like heaven.

Excellent place to disconnect from the city and share with family or friends. The house looks much better in person, the spaces are large and comfortable for a comfortable stay. Although the publication says that it has three bathrooms, it had only two working. The living room TV a show! The only thing that is important to highlight that if the guests arrive separately you have to look for them at the entrance with the control provided by Jorge, however Jorge was attentive to open the gate without going to look for people. Another important point is the water, although we did not have problems with the water in the instructions it says that the water can be finished if it is not rationed correctly but is equipped for the number of people. It is located 10 min from the village and close to the beach. The attention of the super cool anfritrion! I would go again!

Functional house, the patio quite spacious and ideal for our dog, muuuuy quiet neighborhood and located several blocks, walkable, from the beach. Ricardo responded to requests, the stay was nice.

It was an excellent stay. Gonzalo was always attentive to any questions and/or requests, responding quickly. The place is just as described and as seen in the photos in the publication, I highlight that it was very clean when we arrived. I thought it was great that the key was available in a padlock at the time of our arrival (do not depend on someone giving you the key at a certain time). The environment is peaceful and there is a beautiful view from the apartment. Definitely a place we'd go back to.
