Dixie is a wonderful and responsive host. Instructions are very clear. The apartment was very clean and confortable, exactly as pictured. Great location, nice and quiet! The kitchen and bath are well equiped, and the extras to enjoy the beach nearby were a plus (towels, chairs and cooler). We also enjoyed the balcony with immediate access to the pool and a nice view. We felt right at home. Highly recomend this place and look forward to comming back again.

Just book this place now! The facilities are great. Everyone that we encountered was nice and wanted to start a conversation with our family. This place is very good for families, it has a playground and a nice pool. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

I loved it! I would definitely stay again

It was a complete place. It had all the amenities you hope a beach apartment has—a washer/dryer, cooler, chairs, umbrella, rolling cart, and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with pans, spices, and oil. The bathroom also had all the supplies. It was a 30-second walk to the beach behind and a 2-minute walk through the mangroves to get to a better beach. There were very lovely sunsets, and it was a pleasant place to spend a week.

Nice place with an awesome view. At first, it appears to be a bit far but once you get to know the area you realize it is within minutes from everything. Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

Place was gorgeous and perfect for a family of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen had all supplies and felt like home when we had to cook. Pool was quiet and the beach was private and beautiful. Would definitely rent when we come back. Thank you Jennifer and Maria!

Everything is as pictured. Nice house in a cute neighborhood. Great stay near amazing beaches and restaurants . They provide everything you need for beach/pool, even life vests for kids. Absolutely loved the pool - the shelf was perfect for my toddler. Covered outside sitting area/kitchen is very nice. We slept in the room with 4beds since my toddler missed home at night - those beds were not the most comfortable but not awful. Pack and play provided. Bring your toiletries. There is no oven but a stove and propane grill. Warm showers, AC in every room. TVs in living room bedrooms. Garage you can park in. Stops we loved: Buyé beach - 10 mins El combate - 21 mins Boquerón beach - 17 mins Pika pika Mexican - 9 minutes, Buena Vibra - 7 minutes Dulce y delicioso- 8- 10 mins Great Airbnb for a family.

Nos ENCANTOOOOOOOO!!!! Everything is perfect

This is one of the most amazing homes I have ever stayed at. Everything looks like in the photos, kitchen had everything we needed, the views are impressive, having the beach right there was the best part. It is expensive but is worth it!

This has been one our favorite AirBNB we stayed at. Beautiful house in a private well maintained setting. The house has everything you need and relaxing by the pool and swinging in the hammocks made it hard having to leave… Astrid was a great host and very responsive. If available, don’t miss this place.

A property is only as good as the property manager. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. It is well cared for. Responsiveness for anything we could have needed was outstanding. We love it and would give it a 10.

Great value for money—the place is huge! Beautiful view and had beach supplies as well which was nice. Apagones (blackouts) are common on that side of the island in particular, we learned, but the building has a backup generator. Eddie was prompt to respond and gave us guidance for things outside his control (like where to find the stairs in case the generator didn’t turn on)

Amazing location, right by the water with all the necessities ! You can hear the ocean in the rooms. Very clean and friendly host.

My favorite stay in PR by far! You really don’t need to go anywhere else when staying here (although still recommend you do get out and explore). Heriberto’s place was so nicely decorated and stacked with your beach essentials (chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels!) which is always amazing when provided. A full kitchen and dining table, a tv and couch if you want to relax at night and watch something. It is on the first floor, a short flight of stairs to the lobby if the elevator isn’t working. The beach access is definitely the best part, as you can walk down and out the gate and be on the beach! The lobby has its own bathrooms, super convenient when you don’t want to go up to the room when on the beach. We met some of the neighbors who were very friendly as well. Heriberto and his mom worked with us and allowed for an earlier check in, he was very responsive. No direct view of the beach from the room, but it didn’t matter. I can’t wait to come back!

Great place for family . 6 minutes away from Buyé beach and close to the Poblado. The host has quick response to any of your questions. I definitely recommend this place to other families. Will definitely come back

Jose's place was a perfect spot in San Juan for our short stay. Short drive to Old San Juan and quick walk to the beach and bars along the coast 🏖️ Place was spotless and had everything we needed. Bed was soft with nice linens, some of the best sleep I had all year! Highly recommend to solo travellers/couples who want a quiet stay while exloring the city.

The patio was fantastic for meals, games, and gathering. The rooms were exactly as described and Carlos was a responsive host. The only downside was that the pool has limited hours (10-6) and if there was beach access we didn’t figure it out :). Loved exploring the western side of Puerto Rico.

I will surely book Eduardo’s place again. Excellent location. Gated community with excellent amenities. Peaceful area. The apartment had all the necessary to make our stay comfortable. Apartment in excellent condition. One of the best AIRBNB I have stayed in. If you wish to walk, it is about a 15 minutes to Boqueron town; and also to Boqueron Beach. What you see in the photos is what you get. Eduardo is an excellent host, attentive and responsive. Good communication permeated during our stay. You can’t go wrong if you decide to book Eduardo’s place.

Check in was a breeze, it was exactly as advertised. Host was super friendly, quick to respond, and there was always an open line of communication. Location was a walkable distance from the beach and downtown areas. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in visiting the Boquerón area!!
