Vacation rentals with a patio in Minnesota River

We travelled from Winnipeg to Minneapolis for a family wedding. The location was proximal to both the church and where our other family was staying. We were not there long (just one night) but cozy second floor suite, beds were very comfy and well stocked kitchen. Parking on the rear concrete pad was nice as the street is very full. Quiet neighborhood just south of downtown. Older / classic home with some newer renovations (kitchen & bathroom). Family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay. Host was great, very responsive. Clear instructions. Thanks again!

I enjoyed my time staying at Zina and John’s unit. It is conveniently located near the Minneapolis Institute of Art and a bus station which allows great flexibility to use public transit to get around the city. The unit itself is spacious with a kitchen area. The bed was comfy and there is no noise at night. The lamp and a desk also fits my need to work during the stay. Thank you so much! This is truly a memorable trip for me! Will recommend to other travelers! I look forward to my next adventure in Minneapolis!

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with our two daughters (early teens). Everyone loved it. The whole place was comfy and cozy with enough space for all. The whole space was well decorated and comfortable, with lots of interesting details. The kitchen was great for cooking simple meals, and hanging out at the island. Love love loved the heated floors in the bathroom. We used the apartment as a home base for exploring the area. It is a short drive to the City. A great spot for exploring nearby trails. We recommend checking out the Louisville Swamp area. We also spent some time in the downstairs cafe. Highly recommend the Burnout for a sweet coffee treat and the Old Fashioned for a unique cocktail.

Lynel was the perfect host. She is both professional and personable. The unit was spotless and completely well-appointed. Our stay was more than we had hoped for. I would recommend both this property and Lynel to anyone.

Easily the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Minneapolis. Pictures are accurate. Comfortable beds. Pristinely clean. Access to a washer/dryer was great. Would absolutely stay again next time. Would love to come in the summer to enjoy the backyard and walking around the lakes.

This stay was the final portion of our two weeks in the building (first in this unit, then another, and back to this one) as a result of our move to a new apartment from out of state suddenly falling through. It was truly was a godsend to find this place, and John was always friendly and abundantly flexible with us throughout our stay. The tall ceilings and windows, comfy bed, solid wifi, softest towels in the world, quiet building, park right across the street, and off-street parking gave us what we needed to decompress and breathe as we pivoted to finding another apartment while also starting a new job. Thank you so much, John. And thank you especially for saving our left behind rabbit fern and allowing me to swing by to pick it up days after check out. Highly highly recommend this place if you're itching to saunter through the MIA with a Wesley Andrews pourover, or if like us you find yourself needing to take a breath before adapting.

Very clean and nice. Had everything we needed for a great stay

We enjoyed staying at Tamara's because it allowed a convenient and comfortable place for our family to meet with restaurants and shopping easy to walk to. It has everything we needed!

Stayed here for a month whilst travelling with work, the house had everything needed and Clint was very responsive and even proactive when it snowed. Lovely house to stay for a short or longer time, and was fully equity for both. The “tree house” is in a very good location only around 15 minutes away from Minneapolis with good food spots nearby. House was clean and well kept, with a good amount of additional bed linen and bathroom supplies. Would stay here again.

The host was responsive and welcoming to us and our four dogs. We had questions about parking and securely locking the door to the property behind us. She was quick to respond in both cases and our questions were answered. I would recommend this property to others. It was convenient to us as we visited family and friends Minneapolis.

Great place. Traveled to Mankato for work with a team of people and Chris's home was perfect for us. Enough comfy beds and lots of various cooking utensils. The place was very clean. 👍

Tim is a good host to communicate with and to solve our concerns very quickly. The house is clean and well organized. Worth every dollar I paid. Overall great experience.

The place was very affordable, clean, and pretty spacious for two people. Even though it’s a shared building the basement area feels very private from the rest of the home and we were never bothered by any of the residents at all. They were also able to accommodate a last minute extension of our stay which was very appreciated. There’s some Zelda puzzles in the entrance hall that we liked and other fun little decor pieces scattered around the place that make it feel comfortable and homely. Overall had a great time and the owners seem nice. Will definitely be my go to stay for any future twin cities visits.

The place was immaculate and the host incredibly responsible as my trip’s logistics changed so frequently. I came back home for a family emergency and was at the hospital the first two nights of my intended stay. I was able to finally get to the apartment on my last night, quite weary. I wish I had been able to be there for my Intended duration. This is a great place and the host was kind and very responsive to my changing circumstances. Def would book again. I didn’t have a car which was good because parking around the neighborhood is in short supply- especially after 11” of snow!

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.

The location was convenient and the space was clean. Will definitely be visiting again!
