There are only 3 cabins on this site. The cabins are labeled 4,5,6. This is cabin #4. This Gorgeous cozy cabin with a view of PK lake. Private Large fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table, string lights, Weber smoker and rocking chairs, as well as Corn hole. Inside is a spacious cabin with large tv (Roku) stand up shower, Queen bedroom w/tv, set of bunkbeds & fold out futon. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Only 5 miles to Rocker B!

This was the perfect place for our multi-generational family reunion to be in the same location. The brothers-in-law enjoyed the fishing and the hot-tub. The sisters and grandma loved the expansive couch and big dining room table for catching up. The elementary schoolers loved the bunk beds and getting to see the wildlife! To top it off, everyone got their own room which made for a more restful experience. Thank you, Villas!

Wonderful location to say the least. We loved the river in the backyard with the amazing views and sunsets. I would come back to cruise around the river in their pontoon boat or rent jet skis. House was very spacious and huge family kitchen. I wished we had booked more days. Master bedroom had a reading room with door to the backyard. Loved it.

My Wife and I stayed at the pump house on our wedding night, and it was more than what we expected. It was beautiful, extremely peaceful, and exceptionally clean. When we got there they had the fireplace already running and music for us to dance to. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this place.

Jessica’s house was absolutely perfect for our annual mother/daughter trip! There were so many wonderful extra little touches that made our stay so special! The beds, couches and linens were the most luxurious of any rental we’ve stayed in before! Kitchen and oven were top notch! We had so much space and felt truly at home. Downtown Granbury was full of shopping and dining gems as well! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Jessica!

This house is an absolute 5 star stay…it is exactly as shown and better. The house is beautifully decorated, all the furniture (including the beds!) is comfortable and the place is clean, with all the supplies and amenities needed (including indoor and outdoor games, great smart tvs, fans…). The outdoor lights, patio and fire pit area make this place something really special. We also loved that the house was a short 8 min drive to downtown Grandbury. The host was very responsive and did everything to make sure our stay was flawless. We have family in the area and will definitely stay here again.

This house was available to check-in easily at a time convenient for me as the guest. The electronic lock system is also great as you don't have to keep track of a door key. The house was extremely clean, and the decor was simply wonderful. Was very pleasing to the eye. All house systems were fully up-to-date, as were all the appliances. Everything worked as it should. The bath towels were soft and fluffy, the bed was extremely comfortable (I slept in the bedroom closest to the kitchen), and there were these amazing touches. There were, throughout the house, tabletop multi-plug stations with both electric outlets and outlets to plug in USB chargers. There were lots of hangers--nice ones! Each of these stood out to me as the hostess clearly was anticipating the needs of her guests. I would definitely recommend staying at The Lilac House any time you find yourself wanting to stay in a charming home in Fairmount.
