Vacation rentals in Mindoro

The absolute PERFECT spot for a family!! All the amenities you could ever want or need. Directly on a quiet beach just as nice as white beach. Anywhere else you want to go such as main town for shopping or groceries is only a 50 cent tricycle ride away. Seeing the sunrise and moonrise from the bedroom or patio everyday was breathtaking. Nestor is the best caretaker we have ever had and can recommend all the best spots to go, even transporting you himself. Pictures simply dont do this place justice as the landscaping is incredible. An oven for baking is VERY rare in Philippines and your own boat if you wish. Im really not sure why this place wouldn't be booked 365 days a year as anyone who books a hotel or other home is a simpleton :) Feel very lucky to have chosen this place and you should not hesitate in anyway at all. Id honestly rate it 11/10 and dare anyone to differ.

I felt right at home the moment we stepped in our rented room. Stays like this make me prefer staying at airbnb rather than hotel rooms 🙂 Place is safe, with CCTV, with doors properly secured. Ate Cora was so accommodating to attend to our needs. Very helpful indeed!

A lovely room attached to a great diving resort. The resort itself focuses heavily on diving, but the owner was incredible at facilitating activities both in and out of the resort and made everything as painless as possible. The hassle of COVID restrictions to enter Mindoro was 100% worth it to escape the reality of NCR.

We had a wonderful time at Gregorio's beach house! If you're looking for privacy and a secluded (beautiful) beach, this is the perfect spot. The spacious 3-story house has everything you need—an equipped kitchen, AC for hot days, Starlink internet for remote work, and a generator in case of power outages (which we didn’t experience). The check-in was smooth, the road after the bridge was a bit rough, but our SUV handled it well. Kuya Alvin and Ate Rose were incredibly kind and always ready to help. There were 3 queen beds and since we were 7, they gave my sister an airbed but it wasn’t comfy so she ended up on the sofa bed downstairs but was ok. Overall, it was an amazing trip that made us appreciate Mindoro even more. We’ll definitely return—hopefully with a smoother road next time! Thanks for sharing your beautiful space!

This is an architectural fantasy come to life with artefacts and knickknacks from all over the world. Be prepared for the unconventional & to climb a few steps exploring the spaces. It’s a good location if you have a vehicle. It’s a quiet area with a great ocean view up a steep hill yet close to a beach. Michel met me at the ferry dock and assisted me with motorbike rental and return transport which was very helpful. If you opt for meals, they are amazing, ample & affordable. They also provide drinking water. It’s as private as you want or join convos in common areas and kitchen. I appreciated the suggestions and anecdotes! All the rooms are unique & have their own perks & quirks. Some with A/C, some with wifi, and each has unique furnishings with comfy beds. It’s a place to relax and recharge more than a place to do desk work. A/C is good apart from a power brownout when the generator stopped at night. Pick a room with good airflow as synthetic sheets add to the heat without fans.

Michael and his wife have a wonderful "Deserted Island" . They are some of the most friendly hosts I've ever had with Airbnb. They were happy to share meals, show us around the island, and we easily formed a friendship! The property is quiet and very beautiful, surrounded by palm trees on 3 sides, and the beach on the other. Michael offers kayaks and badminton rackets and there's several great beaches for swimming nearby. The 2 bedrooms are very nicely put together, with high-quality furnishings and linens. The outdoor (but well covered) bathrooms are just stunning and a joy to use. Do note that the 2 rooms are quite private but the kitchen area is in a more shared area. Kitchen is very well equipped! As a digital nomad, I particularly enjoyed that the property is well covered by Starlink. This part of Mindoro is very remote. We made it with a regular car, but to properly explore I'd highly recommend a 4x4. Come prepared with groceries as there's not much around. Overall, 10/10

Ma. Genalyn and her family has been friendly and caring. Mr Alfredo managed to fix a little problem with electricity fast and effectively. We spent a very nice time here, feeling at home in a comfortable place. There's all you need, in a modern contest and a big terrace where to have relaxing evenings.

Greatly enjoyed staying at Ver’s place. Host is very responsive and picked us up from the port. The apartment is brand new and was above expectations. Very clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is new and very comfortable and bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos. In fact the whole apartment looks even better than the photos. Felt like home for our week stay. Neighborhood is fantastic and feels like a little community. Nice roads in and out and quiet but close to town. WiFi was fast and reliable for zoom meetings. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Incredible value for the money. Thank you for having us!
