The explanation in advance and at check-in are very polite and I think you are a trustworthy host. I usually book with groups of more than 10 people, but it was always difficult to find a place to stay.The basement is amazing in that regard! It was also very popular with the group. Those who want to talk until midnight are in the basement, and those who want to sleep in the bedroom are very grateful to be able to zoom in. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The view was very good, and it was like a bath, so I relaxed! The room was spacious and the heating worked well!

The host offered a transfer from the station and also sent us to Shuzenji for a day.We had a fair bit of fun talking on the way!The house is nicer than the pictures uploaded by the host, especially the sunrise and sunset, which is beautiful like a piece of oil!At night we saw the Milky Way clearly on the deck.Because we brought our two-year-old friend, the host was also thoughtful about the guardrail installed for the stairs of the house!

The beach is right there, you can see the sea even if you are sitting in the dining room, the stars are beautiful, the location was great!It was a family trip for three generations, but I would like to come back again. There is no microwave, so I thought that if you have small children, you need to be creative with your belongings.

The host was a very kind person and politely explained the building. I was also very grateful for the thoughtfulness of taking photos. There was a basement and karaoke, so we had a lot of fun in the building. There is also a convenience store about a 5-minute walk away, and there is also a sea nearby, which was very good.

There was also a sauna and we had a very fulfilling holiday.

The owner was fantastic and very responsive, even took us to the local grocery store. The house is on the side of the hill in an incredibly quiet and serene location with complete privacy. The outdoor hot bath was incredible, too, and a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Overall it was a great place to stay and would recommend it for anyone staying in Atami.

We had an amazing time during our 3 day weekend ! Place was exactly as per the pictures and we had the feeling of being in another country ! Beach really close by (walkable distance but with hill to get back to the house), convenient store and grocery shopping near by if you have a car. Would happily come back for holidays !

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. we were attending the dontsuku festival at Izu-Inatori nearby and wanted to stay at a place away from the crowds and this was perfect. Please take note that there aren't many establishments nearby so it might be difficult for bus/train travelers but if you drove yourself, this place is wonderful!

This is my second repeat stay😌 Thank you so much for your prompt and polite host as always! The view is also great. I think that private space is worth more than the price👍 My elderly parents, uncle, aunt, and cousin were also very happy and made good memories.🥰 I'd love to stay again! Thank you😌

We stayed in this lovely home just outside of town, nestled in nature, for one month and felt right at home. Abhi is a most generous and considerate host, he helped us out from start to finish and made sure we had the best time in the Shimoda area. You do not need a car if staying here as the beach and a couple of restaurants are only about a 10 min walk from the house and convenience store about 20 minutes and a couple more good restaurants / bars about 35 minutes. But if you want to visit more sites in the area or go to the grocery store we'd recommend a car. The main reason we were visiting the area was to dive with the huge schools of Hammerhead sharks just off the coast here. Without a car the dive center can pick you up. We highly recommend Abhi's place. good wifi good AC big TV well equipped kitchen washing machine

Abhi was an amazing host. He was waiting for our arrival and walked us through the property. His place has awesome character, like high quality speakers (audiophiles would enjoy this). During our stay, Abhi offered us fresh fruits from his garden. It was an extremely personable experience.

we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The second floor is large and cozy with plenty of room and we used the grill on the covered balcony. It’s a nice neighborhood just up the road from Kisami beach. Thank you!

I had a good time in Mai's apartment. The accommodation is very spacious, everything was there and everything was clean. The house is a bit older, but I found this to be a great experience. The beach and a busy bus stop are a few minutes away and the nearest Convini can be reached in 15-20 minutes. There is a lot to see in Shimoda and the area offers beautiful beaches as well as great hiking opportunities in breathtaking scenery. I will come back and would never have thought that there would be such beautiful coasts so close to Tokyo.

In the middle of nature, I enjoyed plenty of meals on the terrace while watching the flowers in the garden.It felt open and private at the same time, and it was a special getaway with a hot spring and a great view to ourselves.There is a polite guide in the house, so I didn't get lost in how to use the facilities, and I felt the host's hospitality everywhere, such as decoration and clean bedding. I will stay there again. Thank you so much!

Mitukos place was great,a beautiful place with a lovely view,We enjoyed our stay.

Such an amazing stay! The space was cozy, clean, and filled with great natural light—and we could even catch a glimpse of the ocean. Even on chilly days, the heating warmed up the room in no time. There’s a parking spot right at the entrance, and it’s just a quick trip to the beach. The host even had the entire Studio Ghibli movie collection, which made for a fantastic family movie night. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay here again!

6 adults and 3 children for one night.I was allowed to harvest vegetables for the BBQ in the evening, and went to the field.The kids enjoyed putting the okra in the basket and getting a leaf umbrella like Totoro has!There was water running nearby and I also observed dragonflies.They also seemed to enjoy searching for creatures and playing in the water. Above all, both✨ adults and children who have delicious organic rice here, we ate rice!!If my kids are a little older, I'd love to come during the fall harvest and rice planting. At night, it was very dark because there were few street lights, and the stars and fireworks were very beautiful. There was no⭐️ air conditioning and only circulator, so I felt painful at first (mid-August), and I felt a lot of sweat, the pleasantness of the wind, the comfort of cold water, and the deliciousness of beer, which may be the best part of the rural experience. My uncle was a very nice person, he told me a lot when I spoke, brought me rice and vegetables, loved my children like my grandchildren, and watched me at a reasonable distance!

I was able to stay at Futa's place and I had such a wonderful experience!First of all, when I entered the house, I felt the traditional Japanese atmosphere and was enchanted by the beauty of Japan.The interior was really nice, and I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere.The room was very spacious and well equipped, and we had a pleasant time without any inconvenience. Besides, Futa was very kind and quick to help me when I needed help.He helped us many times and was very grateful for his attentiveness. We would love to stay at Futa's next time.I really recommend it for those who want to enjoy the Japanese traditional atmosphere!
