We had an excellent stay and the hosts were great at communication and prompt in helping with any small issue. It was a perfect little peaceful nest for me as I was in town for medical appointments and gave me a calm state of mind. Would absolutely book this place again.

We found this apartment to be really nice and cozy, and exceptionally clean. It was thoughtfully stocked and we loved the simplicity of the space. We found it a very convenient location for forays into Montreal via the metro. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A wonderful stay at a wonderful studio. The photos are as. The accommodation is well located and has several less strategic nearby (supermarket , fast food , metro). The surrounding area is also very quiet

This is the best location for your trip to Downtown. Downtown is across the street, and you can see the beautiful downtown night view and Mont-Royal from inside the house. The property is a brand new building and is very well maintained. I think it's a great place to stay for the price. It is enough space for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. I stayed here for 15 days and didn't feel any dissatisfaction. The host was quick to reply, and the Montrealers were mostly friendly. I have visited Montreal 3 times, once an espresso hotel, once a holiday hotel, this time here, Kelly's apartment. Kelly's apartment, which is half the price compared to the two hotels was my favorite. If you're sightseeing around Downtown, Old Montreal, Mile End, Jangdalong Street, etc., I highly recommend it with confidence.

everything was as expected and more. the apartment is nice and cozy. the bathroom is always an important aspect for me since I'm big on hygiene and it was as clean and tidy as expected. there were washers and dryers available for those needing to use them so that's always handy. the pantry had the basics to cook a meal which is always a huge help. all in all I'd definitely consider this place again if I have to make another trip to Montreal!

Great place to stay, modern, cozy and great distribution

This studio Airbnb was in a great location. Everything was within walkable distance. There are great restaurants and bars right down the street. The Airbnb itself had all the things you need for a short stay. The place was clean and in a safe area. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something simple and in a great location in Downtown Montreal!

Where to start! Sam is one of the most RESPONSIVE PEOPLE in the world, Sam was checking in before, during and all the way after to make sure everything was okay and perfect. Amazing host fr. The place was divine, cozy and full decked up and super accessible located at the center of everything you need at every hour. Really made me feel like it was my home. 10 stars would super recommend and comeback anytime.

Great place! Clean, easy to get into, good neighborhood, easy transport. Right near the bus and metro! Nice TV too, great for watching movies. Highly reccommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, and the views were simply breathtaking—honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The real view is even more stunning. The large balcony was a standout feature, equipped with a grill that we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy due to the cold weather, but it would be amazing in warmer months. The fireplace was great, though. The location is ideal—just a short drive from the ski resort, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to drive to a local market. The building itself is nearly brand new and beautifully maintained, with the added bonus of a heated underground garage, which was incredibly convenient. Check-in and check-out instructions were crystal clear, and the host’s communication was fantastic—very polite, responsive, and helpful. We highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to returning!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this airbnb it was clean, in a central location, and close to a metro stop so we were able to walk almost everywhere around the city. We will definitely be back, hopefully in warmer weather!

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The apartment was very clean, the house was very spacious and beautifully decorated, made us feel at home and location was perfect for exploring the city. Ryan and Saif were incredibly responsive to my messages, even late at night and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Montreal and we would be looking to stay at this place again in the near future.

Great spot - the condo is gorgeous with a cathedral like double volume ceiling - and the appliances are top notch. Our favorite part was the Breville Barista Express coffee machine.
