We really enjoyed the house! It's extremely private and quiet, well away from the road. There's lots of room for socializing and spreading out. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Francesco was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay again! Be warned there are a lot of stairs and it's not super toddler friendly with lots of low railings over the stairwell.

Marisol Cottage was fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a quick getaway. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. The back patio leads directly to the sandy beach that is spectacular. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing on the patio and waking up to the sound of the surf. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the cottage and make family memories

The Cottage was a perfect blend of rustic and modern, thoughtfully appointed and had everything we could think of. Our big plus was the trust and no hassle from the hosts to include our beloved big dog. My husband and I came out to the North Fork for our October babymoon. The Cottage town area is very serene during the fall season, with most activity around the pumpkin farms. Our favorite things to do—take the dog down to the bulkhead in the mornings, spend the afternoons on a nature walk/winery nearby and nights at a local restaurant. Cons but not dealbreakers: Spotty internet often went in/out. Persistent fruit flies all throughout house, traps didn’t help. The listing advises of the Main House rental, we found it not very private to the closeby Cottage. With big glass doors and sheer curtains, you’re in plain view to the House at night. It felt too intimate for our preference to share the small beach with strangers 15 ft away, esp with their kids and our dog.

Myself, my husband and my daughter enjoyed our stay! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for a low-key weekend get away. It is so cozy, especially when it was cold at night and we had the fireplace going. It is so quiet, no matter the time of day and almost felt as if we were in the middle of the woods in a rustic cabin. The cabin was so clean, up to date, and had everything we needed, including a pack and play for our daughter! Bert was so attentive and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay. The checkin with the keypad was so so easy and we received the instructions prior to arrival. The food in th surrounding area was so good and the beach is less than a mile away. During the warmer months you can have so many activities available to you at the marina. This will definitely be a place where we look to return in the future. 10/10 stay, 10/10 cabin & 10/10 host.

Monika was very attentive. When we first checked in, I had questions regarding the wood burning stove which Monika immediately answered. The house was charming and wood burning stove was perfect for those colder winter nights.

Our stay in West Haven, CT, was absolutely wonderful. The Airbnb was immaculate, well-furnished, and perfectly situated near a lovely beach. The cozy ambiance and thoughtful amenities, like fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen, made us feel right at home. The outdoor space was a lovely bonus, providing a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The close proximity to the beach was a highlight of our trip, allowing us to enjoy morning walks and sunset views with ease. The location also offered convenient access to local attractions and dining options, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting West Haven for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Adam was a tremendous host!! We will be back for sure!

a quaint cabin on long island. walking to the beach with our dogs everyday made it worthwhile. the house is 20 minutes from port jefferson where we spent a majority of time checking out the shopping and restaurants. there’s plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute drive. the house was clean and smelled great. had everything we needed for a weekend getaway.
