Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Milford

Hanky was very responsive to all inquiries. The only thing we noted was that the dishwasher didn’t seem to be working, but Hanky was OK with us just leaving all dirty dishes in the sink. Loved the location - lots of great shopping and restaurants. Would rent again!

Our stay was great. We were visiting our children attending a local college for Thanksgiving. The place was roomy enough for us and the layout was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare and enjoy a holiday meal together. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Instructions were provided in advance and were easy to read and follow. There were plenty of stores, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

We were a group of four, attending a conference. This was the prefect port in the midst of a busy schedule, well located to Harvard University (I walked one morning, so lovely) and very peaceful. Karl was always quick to respond to any queries, and we felt so at home there. It turned out that one in our group needed the place to be unusually (to our sensibilities) warm to be able to sleep, and we could control the climate in the space! Thank you, Karl, for a wonderful and restful stay.

Such a lovely place! This was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. George was exceptionally friendly and helpful — great suggestions for local shops and eateries, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Such an incredible place - close to downtown and has that old New England charm. The kitchen is fully stocked, and in general, the place is much bigger than what the photos show. Such an incredible deal for what you pay!

We had a great week at Emanuel's place — this was our third time staying. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with several nice amenities. My friend and I worked remotely from here for several days without issues. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and downtown Malden. Emanuel is a very kind, communicative host. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We came to Concord NH to celebrate a graduation at SNHU. Maria’s place was perfect for our group and so close to the university. Very clean, great space and great location. Maria was terrific to work with, very proactive and responsive. We will definitely book with her in the future 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful place for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving while visiting Boston! The house is in a very quiet, safe neighborhood and the kids were excited to see wild turkeys walking down the road! Very clean, well stocked for cooking and extremely comfortable beds in all three bedrooms. Thank you for a great stay!

I know another reviewer was upset about parking. We parked in the driveway with no issues. There is indeed a tenant downstairs and he is kind. He needs room to move his vehicle in and out. And yes, we did hear him coughing, but it wasn't an issue for us. Appreciated the little things like a new kitchen sponge, extra toothbrushes and shampoo if needed (wrapped and brand new), and having 2 ovens to heat food for Thanksgiving. If you do plan to host a larger group for dinner, be sure to bring extra dishes/utensils. The house is geared for 4-6 people staying over.

The home was clean conveniently located. Loved the close distance to Boston and Salem without as much traffic. The host was friendly and responsive. We had no issues during our stay.

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Xintao's house is fabulous: the location, the layout, the size, the comfort were all a perfect fit for a family reunion. The proximity to Porter Square was a huge plus - we didn't need a car as we were so close to public transport, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies...everything was right there. The house is ideal for a large group with so many bedrooms and great common areas. We really had a wonderful stay, thank you, Xintao!

Stayed at this house over Thanksgiving week with my wife, my two young children, my brother and his young son. The house was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors all very respectful. We had plenty of space for all of us and it was everything we needed and more. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially anyone with little kids!

Cayla's place in the Davis Square Somerville area is the perfect combination of peaceful, within walking distance of a great center of activity, and near a main public transportation artery. In terms of location, in the Boston-Cambridge-Somerville area you cannot beat where this half of a two-unit house is located. It's an easy walk to Davis Square, where there are many excellent restaurant, tavern, and coffee options and an independent cinema. There's even a fresh pasta and wine shop within five-minutes walk for cooking at home. The lovely space is just right for two friends or a family of three, with comfortably sized bedrooms and a living room and kitchen that lend themselves to gathering in public spaces for time together. The rental features an airy, uncluttered decor, with hardwood floors and all the necessities for full kitchen use. Cayla is a very responsive host, quickly answering questions or resolving simple issues in a super-friendly and efficient way.

Clean, comfortable, and well located!

Went on a weekend trip with my family. We loved this stay! There are three sizable bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two of the rooms have attached bathrooms. That was our favorite part! The common area was roomy and it was helpful to have a full kitchen. We ended up driving into the city, but the green line was not far for those who would have preferred walking.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Airbnb. The location was great for our Tufts Parents Weekend. Place was very spacious and well equipped!

We stayed here with our children for two weeks and found it very clean, quiet and convenient for getting in and out of Boston town centre. Brian is an excellent host and very responsive when we had any questions.

Book this place for your next trip to Boston! Stay at Peter's place was just amazing! Very beautiful airbnb with art everywhere you looked we kept finding new pieces to admire felt like staying at a comfortable art museum. It had every amenity you could want in the kitchen with the best appliances to use. There was clearly a lot of thought and consideration when designing this home. The upstairs bathroom had the best shower and fancy toilet we loved. It was walkable to many restaurants but you could always uber and get around Boston very easily. Would definitely book again!
