Vacation rentals in Milesburg

We visit Harrisburg every year to gather with family at my brothers house. In past years w would stay at hotels but now we are needing 3 bedrooms and decided to try an airbnb 10 min from my brothers house. Johns place was perfect for us having 3 BR and 2 baths. The house is spacious and wooded with a beautiful deck and a big open living room kitchen area. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a washer dryer. The neighborhood is nice for walking. Theres a pond nearby where we saw a baby turtle. Lots of flowering bulbs and trees everywhere. Lots of deer. We styed 3 nights and it worked out very well for us. The only thing I dont recommend is drinking the tap water which is hard and metallic taste. The filtered water from the fridge is better.

We had the best weekend at this cabin! Not only is the cabin (and surroundings) beautiful, the details are so thoughtful for guests. We enjoyed the hot tub, grilling on the deck, the fire pit, coloring at the desk, and relaxing in the cozy cabin. The bed was so comfortable! If you need to recharge, connect, and escape for a couple days, this is the place to do it!

I am extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation. My children had a wonderful experience, and I appreciated the peaceful surroundings. The provision of a bonfire ring was a nice touch, and the view was truly spectacular. While there was no television, we found alternative entertainment playing pool in the basement. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub immensely. The remote location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we departed feeling revitalized and inspired. This ranks among my most enjoyable Airbnb stays, and I highly recommend it. I plan to return in the future.

From the minute we arrived u til we left, the Logger’s Den was a quiet, clean place to be for the weekend. We arrived late Friday night and the keypad check in made it easy to arrive, walk the dogs, unpack, and hit the hay! We had trouble with the coffee pot in the morning and Penny was responsive with a new one! I loved the little touches like the complementary bottle of wine and toothbrushes in the bathroom. The house is adorable and clean. Just enough space to relax and enjoy a good meal. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay in Claysburg. The place surpassed expectations. Hope to come back next year!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had the best time! The hosts are the nicest people and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay! The hosts kept us posted on all of the fun activities on the mountain. We loved the fireplace in the condo. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

A greet air bnb experience. We were there for youth basketball championships and it was a perfect location. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!
