We had an excellent stay! The place was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The place itself is worthy of the price and spotless clean. The host welcome us and very approachable. If you want a quick escape and a simple place to relax then its your place to go. 'Til next time.

the owner is very kind and easy to talk too

The place was easy to find, i think it is a short walk from and to SM however we were unable to do so due to continuous rain but tricycles and grab is always an option. The self check in was also smooth, they gave us clear instructions, but the lady guard at the front desk might need more training as she looks like shes having a bad day (from check in even during check out) unlike the other guards in the building who are approachable and friendly. Anywhoo, we definitely had a great stay. It is the same as advertised, clean and homey. Cons: If you are 6 full grown adults, this unit can be challenging due to its size (4pax is the ideal) but it can work just a bit challenging to move around... :) Definitely recommended and will choose this place again when in Naga, thanks for accomodating us. :)

Had to check-in at the last minute and Venvic was able to accomodate us. The place was clean, tidy, and even had board games which was cool. Even for a unit that’s small and good for two, there’s a lot of storage space for our belongings. The price is worth it with good internet speed as well. We also had to extend our stay so close to our check out date, and we’re grateful that he accepted it promptly. Thanks for hosting us!

The hosts were easy to transact with, even with multiple reschedules, our requests were accommodated. Rooms were sufficient for a big family. A bit far from what we expected from the city proper but not that big of a hassle. All in all, the stay was pleasant even just for 1 night.
