Apartment spacious, clean and very bright. Very good heating and hot water. The kitchen has enough appliances and dishes to be able to have breakfast or eat. Great wardrobe. Excellent location, next to Argonne metro to get to the Duomo in 15 minutes. Cafeteria by the entrance and supermarket and nearby restaurants. Communication with Luca was very prompt and his information was very helpful. Fernando informed us and helped us quickly during our stay.

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

There were some problems with the check in, as it was not ready in due time (which is already quite late) and no one infirned us, but I suppose this is not always like this and there are possibilities to drop your luggage in advance.

Perfect base to explore the navigli district. Great location but still very quiet neighbourhood. Cozy, tasteful apartment and very friendly host who gave us great recommendations!

Convenient accommodation very close to the subway. Excellent soundproofing so no annoying noise caused by (limited) traffic.

We loved our wkd stay at Mariagrazia's apartment. Ideally located and close to the Metro and only a few stops to the main attractions like the Duomo. Mariagrazia is an excellent host and she was very helpful when we arrived/departed. I would definitely recommend staying at Mariagrazia's apartment.

Maria Luisa’s attentiveness to my needs was incredible. She did a great job in checking to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I couldn’t have been more pleased. She treated me like a friend. I would strongly recommend this apartment. Plus, it was convenient to the center of town, to shopping, grocery stores and steps from the metro.

I spent a couple of days in this apartment. All I can say that I recommend it without any doubts! The apartment is nice, renovated, everything is new. There is all you need for comfortable stay. It is very clean: bathroom, kitchen, bed linen, the floor. And we even got a small gift from the apartment owners, which was a nice surprise) Just perfect! Parking is a garage not far from the apartment. But our car was a little bit bigger than garage)) it’s really big(VW Touareg). the garage is normal. Anyway we were able to park the car along the street. It wasn’t a problem.

Marina is a great host! She took care of everything and even more. She surprised us with the gifts, full fridge and more. Place was very clean and peaceful. If I go to Milan again, I will definitely choose here!

Davide is a very responsive host, available whenever I need it. The tram is right in front of the building to reach the center of Milan it is very easy. the apartment was great, the bedding too. There are very good restaurants nearby. I really recommend this place. thank you very much Davide for your availability 🙏😊

Great place, close to the metro, close to the Navigli district, about 20 minutes to the center, right next to the entrance of the bakery and about 200m big supermarket, just everything you need for a perfect stay!

Amazing stay for my first time to Milano. I was there for work and since I was there for a week, my company put me in an Airbnb that was a block from our office. At first I was nervous to stay in an Airbnb with work and in a new city to me, but that all changed once I got inside. The apartment is very well kept and feels new and modern with a lovely little balcony. The street it’s on is extremely loud at most times of the day and night but that’s city life and I don’t hold it against the hosts. In fact the windows block out most sound. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had and always willing to help. It was a completely contactless check in and check out, which I appreciated. I will absolutely book again when I return to our Italian office again in a few months.

Beautiful and stylish flat in a great location! Check in was super easy and the place was beautiful. The only thing I would say is we found a few hairs on our bed sheets and bathtub but that happens, no biggie. Absolutely recommend, the host also left us some pods to use in their Nespresso machine. Thank you!
