This efficiency apartment is quiet, clean and great for a couple coming to Penn State and the State College area. It is located in our house, with street parking and a private entrance. Quiet neighborhood setting less than 10 minutes to downtown or campus. Full kitchen, bath, A/C, laundry. The bed is a memory foam queen size bed. There are stairs going down into the apartment. It is not a basement as it’s half above and below ground level. TV and WiFi. Minimum age to make reservation is 28.
