My husband and I had a two week stay at Tammy’s house and everything was very nice. Tammy was responsive and flexible leading up to our trip and while we were there. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen isn’t really set up for much cooking, but worked well for breakfasts and leftovers. There was some “city noise” on the weekends because we were right off Washington, by all the bars, but earplugs helped. All in all it was great; we would definitely stay there again!

Luke and June are wonderful hosts! My family thoroughly enjoyed bringing i. The New Year in their spacious accommodations. Plenty of room to gather comfortably. We had a lovely time!

We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

Kevin was an outstanding host! He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering all our questions promptly as we planned our Thanksgiving trip. Throughout our stay, he checked in several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The home was spotless, with a fantastic layout that made it comfortable and inviting. Very nice place. Plenty of room. Nice kitchen area. We went during winter, so couldn't use the pool, but that looked nice as well. About 30 minutes from downtown, so still reasonable to get downtown, but great if you're looking to be on the NW side of town.

My sister and I booked this place for our birthday celebration and it was exactly what we wanted! The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for large parties and the hosts were very accommodating to our requests which we greatly appreciated.

The place is exactly as described in the listing, with great amenities that made our visit even more comfortable. The location is perfect, ideal for large families like ours. Plus, Lazar was an incredibly kind and attentive host, always willing to help us out. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time at the residence. It had the balcony with the view like I wanted and it was spotless. I felt very cozy and comfortable so big plus on the decorations. Everything I wanted to do was within walking distance so that was a big plus as well. Definitely would rebook if I never make back out this way.

Kishi is an amazing host! I'd definitely return to stay here again because of her. She had great communication, I didn't have to ask for anything. Even when the app crashed, she texted me directly to ensure I had everything I needed. When I showed up late for check-in, she even texted me to make sure I had arrived safely. The apartment is in a prime location, close to everything. It's super clean, cozy, and easy to find. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the ground floor 1 bedroom at The Parliment for 9 days. We were there for medical at the Medical Center. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several simple meals. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. I walked the 3 mile loop around Rice University every morning and took advantage of the great shopping at Rice Village.

Robert is a very responsive host and provided great hospitality. He also detailed instructions for the unit, health club use, etc. I’d stay here again in the future.

Great place on a quiet street in an excellent location. Lots of things to do in a very walkable area. Rental is clean and has everything you would need for a short or long term rental.

Ana‘s place was the perfect apartment for us while we had family at MD Anderson. Our Dog loved the balcony and we loved having a pool available. We really appreciated how flexible Anna was with the dates of our stay since we didn’t know how long we would have family at the hospital.

The pros: Great spot. Very comfy beds. Well lit. Hot shower and water pressure are great. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Also the place felt private which is great. There is a deck outside with a grill that’s great on a nice sunny day. The cons: Pillows are on the flatter side. I had my own so this wasn’t an issue for me. This is a new listing so this may change by the time you are booking it. There is no kitchen - again this wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There is an air fryer, a grill and a microwave that will get you covered for 99% of the kitchen needs.

Really nice condo. Second bathroom is a huge plus. Great provisions, including Keureg coffee, microwave popcorn, oatmeal, etc. Spotless, with plenty of towels, washcloths, blankets and fans. Pay close attention to the instructions and photos for finding the condo. To park, you’re making a giant u-turn through the complex—down the parking lot to a left turn BEFORE Carrington Court overhead sign. Then next left and most of the way back up the other parking lot. Parking spot numbers are on the carport roof on the left. Watch out—the speed bumps are really high. If you’re being dropped off, the gate code should work for the gates on the left as soon as you enter the parking lot from the street.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

This was a older 4 plex in a great neighborhood. The neighbors were very quiet, but you could hear people walking above you. It definitely wasn't an issue, just something to state, in case you're a light sleeper. The house had a great big window in the living room that we enjoyed opening the blinds and watching the rain and all the neighborhood people getting in their daily walks. We also loved the fact we could walk to restaurants and there was a fun dive bar we walked to at night. We felt very safe walking at night. If we come to Houston again, we will definitely stay here again.

What an amazing Airbnb experience . Starting from Tope’s excellent customer relations, this was about as smooth of a stay anyone can ask for. The rental was clean & beautiful, clearly newly renovated. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, If I’m ever back in Houston I’ll be reaching out to Tope for this rental again. Great spot to stay for the Lions - Texans game! Within walking distance to the stadium and red line transit into downtown(30 mins or so), felt safe all around the area. Halal place right around the corner that was tasty and gas station/food mart right next door to grab weekend grocery supplies. Definitely in the suburbs - nice, safe and clean. Hung out by the pool one day which was nice as well. Would recommend 10/10

The place is as described, the environment is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the host is very communicative and timely.And it is especially worth mentioning that the room is well prepared, so we have no worries.

Me and my family drove in from Albuquerque to visit family and spend the new years! The Condo was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were just as mentioned, match with a perfect location. The kids loved the Post fireworks show from the balcony. 10/10
