These hosts were very accommodating and communication was very good. House was great, would stay again.

As my first air bnb , the place was sick! Was kinda bummed that the pool area was closed off , because me and my friends were really looking forward on playing pool especially after being at the bars , but overall the experience was quick and great. Beds were comfy and the hot tub and pool was so nice and peaceful, they even provide a speaker for your stay , living room was very comfortable as well.

Luke was awesome. Luke responded to every message expeditiously. His home was beautiful located in a GREAT area with lots to do. Very close to shopping and grocery. Absolutely loved his home very clean and quiet neighborhood. Luke showed GREAT SERVICE and HOSPITALITY to me and my family!!!! Go with Luke for your stay in Houston!!! You’ll love it!!!

We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

This house was amazing , I decided to stay at Kate’s place for my bday weekend. I had a total of 8 people and her space accommodated us well. The house was real cozy, clean and had everything we needed plus more. I loved the jacuzzi tub and spacious master bathroom. She had uno cards out for us to play and regular cards. The patio area was nice and peaceful! Only thing I wish it had a full body mirror in the master bedroom or bathroom. I plan on staying here again, booking our next vacation soon. Kate was great and very responsive from start to finish

My sister and I booked this place for our birthday celebration and it was exactly what we wanted! The house is beautiful and spacious, perfect for large parties and the hosts were very accommodating to our requests which we greatly appreciated.

We have stayed in airbnbs both domestically and internationally. Lazar and Lucky House are something special. The house is in a great location to the medical center and also parks and the zoo. It’s incredibly clean and well stocked. The layout couldn’t be better for traveling with a family. But that’s not what really stood out about this place. The host, Lazar, is without a doubt the BEST Airbnb host out there. Every question, request and need was met immediately. He went above and beyond to make our stay convenient, comfortable and smooth. Staying at his property was a blessing to our family and we will 100% be back if we are ever in Houston again. Do yourself a favor, just book this house.

Alecia’s listing was exactly as described and had no issues with anything from check in to check out. Very close to Toyota Center. We took Lyfts to Daikin (formerly Minute Maid) Park every day, but probably could have walked. The app was easy to use once you figure out which door is which on the app. Space had everything we needed. The street noise was a little loud on the weekend nights and I’m a light sleeper, but I used my sound machine and it helped me fall asleep easily.

My wife, an artist, felt that Selia's place spoke to her when we reviewed the photos and comments. The front landscape was very inviting. The back yard when you open the kitchen door is like viewing a magical oasis. Large koi fish swimming in a school around a rock island and alongside a waterfall brook. Ducks and geese peacefully coexisted with the koi. Pigeons cooing made you forget you were in the center of busy Houston. The interior is artistic and playful with paintings, sculptures, knicknacks - like living in an art gallery. We found the rental had all the necessary appliances. Don't forget to read Selia's art, philosophy and photography books she wrote and available on the desk. We highly recommend this Airbnb unit. We hope to return here again.

I stayed at Kishi's place for a brief overnight stay during a work trip. Kishi was very accommodating and communicative. Her place was spotless, and had everything that I needed, which was super helpful after traveling for 12 hours. I'd be happy to stay here again!

We stayed in the ground floor 1 bedroom at The Parliment for 9 days. We were there for medical at the Medical Center. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several simple meals. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. I walked the 3 mile loop around Rice University every morning and took advantage of the great shopping at Rice Village.

Robert is a very responsive host and provided great hospitality. He also detailed instructions for the unit, health club use, etc. I’d stay here again in the future.

The pros: Great spot. Very comfy beds. Well lit. Hot shower and water pressure are great. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Also the place felt private which is great. There is a deck outside with a grill that’s great on a nice sunny day. The cons: Pillows are on the flatter side. I had my own so this wasn’t an issue for me. This is a new listing so this may change by the time you are booking it. There is no kitchen - again this wasn’t a deal breaker for me. There is an air fryer, a grill and a microwave that will get you covered for 99% of the kitchen needs.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

House is older and part of a fourplex, so there are a few issues that go along with the age (noticeable noise transfer from footsteps on floor above, lack of outlets, sagging/uneven floors, signs of water leaks on ceiling/walls), but still a good deal for the price and larger than anticipated. It was still clean overall and organized. Great location with plenty of things to do within walking distance (restaurants, bars, jogging trail). One of the safer locations near Central Houston.

Everything about our stay was great! I appreciated the very detailed instructions on how to get in, and how everything worked. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean! Location was great. There was a lot of extra necessities through the apartment. Very big and spacious as well. If we are ever back in Houston we would definitely stay here again.

The place is as described, the environment is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the host is very communicative and timely.And it is especially worth mentioning that the room is well prepared, so we have no worries.
