Maureen’s place is super clean! The space was just perfect. Close walk to beach and restaurants. Maureen is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We will be going back!

Jonise was an excellent host and resource for questions about the neighborhood and proximity to amenities. She is super responsive and her place was cozy, and perfectly located for my son's need to access the university close by. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect—just a short distance from Newark Penn Station, making travel to NYC incredibly easy and convenient. A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

Wanda was such a wonderful hostess. Even tho she wasn’t with us, she responded to all questions and requests we had. It was a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip - 6 people slept comfortably and having 2 bathrooms was such a game changer. It's also right next to some delicious restaurants and in an ideal location to get around NYC, particularly Manhattan. There's a subway station a block away, it's walkable to MSG and Times Square and Broadway, can't recommend enough! Be sure to also check out the Morgan Library and Museum, it's about a 15 minute walk. And Curry in a Hurry was to die for!!

This home in Irvington was a perfect choice for our group! It was much bigger than the pictures let on, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The home is beautiful, with lovely decor and a welcoming atmosphere. It's also conveniently located, just a 30 minute drive to NYC, which made getting into the city a breeze depending on the time you went. If you're traveling with a large group, I highly recommend this place – it's spacious, comfortable, and in a great spot!

Just was a great host. Very accommodating with the time that I needed. I was able to extend my stay multiple times. He kept the outside of the house clean and was very accommodating.

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

Perfect airbnb next to train station, food, and nightlife

we had a wonderful time at comiccon in nyc. this place was a perfect distance away to be convenient and affordable we had a slight issue at check in but was resolved so fast so 5 stars all the way

Emmanuel communication was excellent.! Place was clean and organized. Parking is a little bit tricky but Emmanuel explained it in the description, so just be prepared to move your car sometime in the day. Thanks

This was our first time doing an Air BnB and Phil and Gio made the experience wonderful. It was a great start to 2025. The accommodation was safe, secure, had a wonderful view and was comfortable and relaxing. Gio was amazingly kind, friendly and knowledgeable of things to do and where to go. The area is full of lovely places to eat and drink and it is so easy to get into New York City. There is a great little shop up the road- K1- where we picked up treats every night. The bus stop is easy to get to, the bus is quick. I don’t think we will ever get another host as good as Gio. He has set the bar super high!

First time in Newark! It helped Newark penn station was 5 minutes away and only a 20 min ($6 ) train to new york. there was also a supermarket 1 min walking distance to get groceries. Loved it!

We loved our stay, you get what you pay for an space to rest and visit the city, very accessible to public transportation but gotta say the parking situation was an absolute nightmare, even tho it’s not the host responsibility at all it’s good to have it in mind.

Lee’s place was great. We arrived at a time that Lee was able to meet us when we checked in. It has all the amenities as described, was very close to 2 subway stations and was close to shops. We were also able to have laundry done twice during the stay which was very helpful.
