Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Midtown Atlanta

We had a wonderful and comfortable experience here! It was such a pleasure and the host was so responsive. The only thing missing was the arcade from the pictures, however the backyard play set more than made up for it :)

Great location near the airport! The home was very comfortable and clean.

The house was clean, very welcoming and as described. Victoria was very responsive and personal. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and for the most part we felt comfortable and at home away from home. I would definitely book again in the future.

The place was just as described. Very spacious for our party, the game room was a hit and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We would definitely book here again and recommend to our friends and family!

Aisha had very clear instructions and was very helpful! Great place for 3-4 people to stay at while visiting Decatur. 9 minutes from Eddies Attic venue as well(which was the reason we came down) Will definitely contemplate staying here again when in Decatur!

Michael and David’s place was the perfect place to stay for a weekend visit to Atlanta! It was clean and well-equipped and you can tell they are invested in accommodating you! It is centrally located but on a calm street. I would definetely recommend this place to family/friends visiting the area.

This is our third stay at Kathleen’s place. You cannot beat this private and clean hideaway in a great neighborhood. So many places in a walkable distance and easy to hop in the belt line. It’s our go to spot anytime we visit Atlanta.

Jim and Jeanne's artist studio was absolutely lovely - it was a calm, peaceful, homey retreat with a lot of amazing restaurants and activities to do within walking distance. Felt like a great value for the money, and it had everything we needed for a weekend away. They were both such welcoming hosts, and I really enjoyed getting to chat with Jeanne while she was on the patio!

This is a spacious place, in a lovely and safe neighborhood with great proximity to many Atlanta sites. Phil was very responsive and helpful. The off-street parking was easy and convenient. The backyard very peaceful. Overall, a fantastic space to enjoy Atlanta!!

This was the perfect spot to stay when visiting Atlanta!! We could get to any attraction or area of town within 15-20 minutes, and had the fun of little 5 points and Inman park area within walking distance!! Having a parking spot was also super helpful especially if you wanted to walk the shops of L5P. The place was perfect for our group and had all the amenities needed for our stay. It was cozy, comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again! Cindy was super helpful whenever I had questions or potential issues with the trip. Just as everyone mentioned, the aquarium passes were awesome as well! I wanted to go every day we were in town!

This is a gem basically in downtown Atlanta. It’s so close to everything. I enjoyed waking to restaurants and the arena. Now the building is under construction and looks outdated. Thomas’s condo is beautiful though and felt right at home! I also like how you have to have key fob to get access into the building.

Damien’s place was so cozy! I felt right at home. The location is close to a shopping mall and a lot of restaurants which was perfect for me. Damien was fast with responding to any questions I had. I will definitely book with him again.

Desiree was the perfect host! The condo was clean! Cable TV and the balcony was screened in which is perfect for Fall evenings! Even though the location is a bit sketchy it doesn’t take away from the experience! I would definitely recommend!

Adriana’s place turns out to be better than the pictures and super cozy. The apartment is spacious and has everything we need. There was a small issue during our check in, but the host was super responsive and helpful. Location is convenient and the parking spot is a plus!

Kristy is a great host - thank you for being so flexible with our check-out time! The two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my kids - we saved so much on not only the unit cost compared to a hotel, but also on being able to prepare meals in a full kitchen. Absolutely perfect and highly recommended!
