Just as described, clean, free of clutter, comfy bedrooms. The house is in a nice safe quiet neighborhood with plenty of playgrounds. The backyard was so nice.

Great place to stay for work. Shon was very responsive and helped with all of our needs.

The area and the home were so peaceful and as shown in the pictures, the communication from the host were clear and fast and very kind. I felt very comfortable.

Tiara was a great host and very flexible with me. She was always on top of things.

This was absolutely the best. Clean, comfortable, was given perfect instructions on how to get there since it was a complex. We will be returning we come to Midland alot on business.

The best place to stay!

It’s a pretty good place new apartment complex. Close to restaurants. It’s pretty big and parking is limited, however, nice amenities. The apartment was super nice super clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, but it’s kind of a challenge, downloading the app and getting into the gate, however, I don’t think it’s a concern with all the traffic going in and out.

Another lovely stay at the Casita in Midland. The house is so nice and in a beautiful area. We definitely enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our visit….love sitting out on veranda area in early morning and evening. Outdoor pool and whirlpool a bonus! We appreciated the communications from Christopher and Chelsea. Knew if we needed anything, we could just zip a note. Everything we need for our visit to West Texas! Thanks! We will be back!

We just wanted to say how much we loved staying in your beautiful home. It was spacious, and the setup for younger kids was perfect. The back porch with the fire pit and lights was a wonderful touch – we didn’t make a fire, but it was nice to have the option. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. A couple of small things to mention: the beds were a bit firm for my husband and his brother, who both have back issues, and we had to clean the tub before giving our toddler a bath. Also, my husband wished there was a pizza cutter in the kitchen. Despite these minor things, your home truly felt like a place we could relax, and we’ll always remember our time there. Thank you for sharing it with us

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood!

Our stay at The wizard was excellent! We were passing through on the way to New Mexico for a military move. This is a newer house in a new subdivision area right off of the highway. Check in was extremely easy, we were traveling with a 26ft Penske truck and there was plenty of parking space available. I felt completely safe and comfortable with our whole stay. I was thoroughly impressed with house itself and how extremely clean it was (you can walk around barefoot, which says a lot). There was Plenty of fresh linens and towels available. Do not hesitate to book if you need to stop in midland!

Worth what you pay! had our doggies , my kiddos, my brother who is disabled and i worked for all of us ! Didnt leave with dirty clothes and we enjoyed the backyard +our doggies !
