Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Middlesex County

Amber was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and helpful! We were coming into town for a funeral nearby and we were thankful for her help with hosting various guests. We were going to bring our pet and then we changed our mind and we got the pet credit back, prior to staying there. We absolutely loved how close it was to walkable shops and a local coffee shop. The house was perfect for two couples, though sharing one bathroom required some scheduling. Nice kitchen. The location is great with an easy walk into town. A quiet neighborhood with private driveway parking added to the relaxing stay. The big plus is that this house is pet friendly. Our host communicate well and made our stay worry free.

We love the house 🏠 clean decoration beach team. We loved the fire pits for roasting s’mores the kids love the corn hold game. Lots of trees private. The views from the deck on the lake was calming. Definitely would stay again. Host was very good responsive and friendly.

Great house to stay. Very clean. Golf cart is a must. Don't have to walk anywhere. We will stay here again or maybe his other house on the island. 😁

We were here for a work trip in West Point, VA. We were originally planning on staying in West Point, but the properties were way out of budget. Anthony’s place was perfect. It was a short drive to the job site and town. It was within budget. He was super responsive and his place was exactly what we needed!!

Beautiful home and location was easy to find. Back screened in porch was perfect to enjoy the cool fall weather and views. Has all the amenities a family would need. Didn’t have any little ones but had everything for someone traveling with infant/toddler. Loved the antique furniture and bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. The bathrooms were also large and equipped with towels and other items only wish that there was 1 more bathroom however in a house of that age they were updated and no issues with the water. Kitchen was well equipped and organized which is not often seen. Outside fire pit was great and would have loved to use the other outdoor items which is why we will be back. Everyone had a great time.

Brent was incredibly accommodating and flexible. His place is great and served the purposes for what we need. It was well-appointed and had all necessary amenities. Highly recommend his place!

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

First I think Donna 100% underrated the place. My Grandson loved all the animals that are free to see and pet. She evens provides feed for the animals. The Pool was nice and private and clean. The loft was clean and stocked with everything you will need for a stay. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Had enough utensils for all. She undersold the grilling. Had a large gas grill with a flat grill attached. Charcoal grill and a gas smoker by pool. You have a private entrance from the garage and she has plenty of tools for a quick fix. Donna was great and every time see saw you she checked to make sure everything was ok. She even put snacks and drinks in fridge for us. She even paid attention that we had a child and got juice for him. DoorDash does deliver to house if you don’t feel like cooking.Patriot Grill and Sweet Tooth was our favorite. Wish I got a flight of beers at the Brewery because the one I got was just ok. Donna does adopt animals so we got so vegetable

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful retreat. Amazing host and incredible property and surroundings.

The place is perfect for a group. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and couch area. Add in the games room and you have everything you need for fun nights. We were in the area for a sports competition and this location is only 10 minutes away.

Our stay at Brian's Place Aug 17-24, 2024 was just what we needed. The area was quiet, peaceful, and restful. The pool was used everyday; we skimmed it daily and it easily stayed clean for the whole week. My husband and sons crabbed everyday from the docks; lots of crabs caught for the week. The house was quite comfortable. The kitchen was, by far, the best equipped for a vacation rental; felt like I was right at home. The beds were quite comfortable. The whole house had lots of light. There was no TV but the internet (Starlink) was blazing fast so we brought our own devices including a TV and a Firestick...voila...access to TV! I very much appreciated the house being pet friendly as we always want to travel with our sweet pup. Restaurants we visited were Great Fortune Chinese (Kilmarnock), Horn Harbor (3 - 4 minutes from the house!) , Los Patrones (Burgess), and Crazy Crab (Reedville) ---- all with varying price points, all we would gladly re-visit. Great week, highly recommend!

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

Morgan’s place is beautifully peaceful. We arrived to a toasty (little heater) welcome inside with soft music playing in the background. Which was just what we needed considering we had driven in the cold rain to get there. If you’re looking for a place to unplug, unwind or regroup, this “lil camper that could” can do just that. The sunrises and sunsets next to the water were amazing. It was blustery cold one of the nights we stayed but we didn’t feel it a bit. There are plenty of nature trails within a short driving distance and plenty of beach to take quiet strolls by or just sit and drink your morning coffee. My guy who is over 6 ft tall and I, being close to it, were very comfortable as well as our full grown Great Dane. The wash room was only a couple of steps away. We didn’t use the stove but we brought up enough frig foods to sustain us for an extended weekend. All and all this lil camper was worth every penny and gave us some much needed relaxation.

This is a true gem. The location is beautiful, and quiet, and the views of the bay are phenomenal. We travel often-no less than 8-10 times per year and we stay at a lot of Airbnbs, but this one for sure stands out among many of the others. The cottage has been renovated/redecorated and everything was done perfectly . The kitchen and appliances are just terrific. The beds are comfy. And there is everything you could need as far as towels, shampoo and conditioner, soaps, hair dryer; the kitchen is perfectly stocked-all of the appliances large and small you could need, plus Lisa keeps things like treats available and new /fresh condiments in the fridge. It was a treat/delight to stay and we will 100% be back again.

The cottage was as described and then some! The pictures showed a good sample of the property. The host was very welcoming and pleasant to chat with. There was a binder inside with recommendations for sights and places to see. We were able to enjoy the sunset off the pier while swimming in the water. The natural beauty and tranquility of the land made the stay so worthwhile.

We piled 5 adults and a toddler into the house on Kelley Neck Drive, and it worked just fine! Bathrooms, AC, kitchen, appliances, etc, all worked perfectly, the furniture was comfortable and in good shape, and the house was spacious. The yard was perfect for us, but might have been small for older kids, and I wish there had been more than one kayak (but even one kayak was a bonus!) The heron was fishing at the mouth of the our private lagoon every morning, and an osprey and eagle visited as well. We barely heard any neighbors, and the nights were quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

Beautiful place and a private setting. Everything was as described. There is plenty of space. Loved that we were able to have our doggies with us too. We would definitely come back!

We stayed at Kristie’s place with four adults and 2 kids. The house was the perfect size and had enough rooms (and a spacious master closet for those looking for a place to tuck a pack n’ play!). There’s a full kitchen with the basics and a beautiful private area that leads to the lake. We took advantage of using the kayaks and enjoyed movie nights in front of the large tv. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable for all of us. Kristie was responsive and offered helpful advice for things to do nearby. It’s a very short drive to the nearby towns and a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend booking this house for your stay in Weems!

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was really nice not being disturbed. The dock sits on the water and was a great way to spend the morning with my coffee and nature.
