House vacation rentals in Middle Beach

One of my best vacation rental experiences. In addition to the excellent service provided by the host Marcos, who was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed for our best stay, through tips on restaurants and beaches, the house was in excellent condition, clean and very well equipped with all household utensils that we may need and everything in great condition. The pool was also very clean. The place is very quiet and safe because it is a gated community, but it has several shops and restaurants nearby. I also leave here a special thanks to the host who presented us with a delicious welcome cake and who was always concerned about the well-being of the tenants.

Great location and breathtaking views! We loved the pool as well. My family enjoyed so much Paraty and Xavier was as great host, super friendly and helpful!

Perfect house for one or two families. The location is great, a few meters from the sea. Itamambuca beach is really beautiful. There are a few restaurants around a few minutes walk away. Plan your supplies as the nearest supermarket doesn't have many choices. The host was very friendly, flexible and friendly. A superb stay to be back!

It was a very nice place, great privacy, super stylish architecture, comfortable beds and couch, silent place day and night. The host and co-hosts would communicate all the time. Very pro-active. I would go back there to this place.

Exceptional! House is very beautiful, comfortable, spacious and cozy. The kitchen has absolutely everything. We had two architects in the group who fell in love with the house and its decoration. Spotless cleanliness. Julio super considerate. It was well worth the experience.

Pertissimo da Praia, to go on foot peacefully, we spent wonderful days with our family, cooked at home, barbecue, without the slightest problem, we had a lot of fun. Great house, very spacious and well located on a relatively quiet beach, but with good structure. The house has several items for use on the beach, tent, chairs, etc. The best restaurant nearby is Limão Cravo, which has a varied menu and great food. Several wineries nearby help with the drinks.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Very cozy house and very close to the beach, spacious rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, great condominium, very quiet beach, great for children. Erika served us very well and everyone in the condominium was very helpful. We'll be back for sure!

Markos place is fantastic. It is as living in nature. We enjoyed our stay and had great pleasure of the area. Big recommendation from us. We will come back.

Very close to the beach and easy to access. There are other houses on the same plot but there were no issues. Tia Rê and her team were very kind and helpful.

Super cozy house. Sleeps 4 people well. Impeccable bathroom. New utensils in great shape. Nice place and very family friendly. Only the snail staircase that would not be indicated for people of older age or difficulty in locomotion. But the stay and attention of the owner was perfect.
