Very kind hosts, good breakfast, clean room. Price-wise given the very small and simple room rather high, yet super recommended accommodation!

Annigje and Alexander are really welcoming, caring and always good advice. Their house is warm, with unbelievable charm and very nice decor. It is very quiet and yet the train station is 2 steps from there. Breakfast is very well served and very full, with freshly squeezed egg and orange juice. In short, an address and hosts that it's hard to leave without a little pinch in the heart.

This was a wonderful spot, close to the train station, and a short walk to the other important spots on our to do list.

Good hotel. Very very friendly owners. Extensive, nice breakfast. Fantastic location within walking distance of the ruin, caves and (shopping)center. The bathroom is in need of a refurbishment, but it's still fine.

Me and the kids had a lovely time at this nice hotel in Valkenburg. Very clean all. Clean, fine beds and a clean bathroom. Friendly staff and a well arranged breakfast. We'd love to come back :)

We had a great time in this clean, quiet accommodation, very well located for visiting Aachen. Andreas is a very friendly, welcoming and accommodating host. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and settled in. The rooms were spacious and well laid out. We will be happy to go back and recommend.

The place was perfectly described and as expected. Modern decor. Everything it needs. Access systems worked perfectly - especially for late arrival. All neighbors and employees always greeted kindly. We were surprised by the appealing balcony. Really only smaller ones to complain about: more intense smell to vinegar cleaner in the hallway. Price performance was therefore great!
