Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mid North Coast

Wow, what can i say... words truly dont describe how amazing this place is. absolutely breathtaking views and mind boggling sunrises. As we checked in it instantly felt like a home away from home. the house is styled amazingly and has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing getaway. beautiful pool, delicious hot tub, comfortable living spaces and super private. will definitely be back for more!!

we had a concert at the estate close to the house, perfect location and walkable. Susan was helpful and responded to any queries I had. house was perfect for us, clean and tidy! highly recommend!

Thank you Jaymie for allowing my family and I to experience Reef in Anna Bay. An absolute magnificent and magical house filled with all the amenities any person or family would need. The house is what you see is what you get but better🤗 An absolutely clean and pristine house where you are transported to indulgence and relaxation. Upon arrival you are greeted with a welcome gift and any inquiries or questions are promptly answered by Jaymie. The guide that Jaymie provides of what to see and do was extremely helpful allowing us to plan our days with the kids. From Oakfield camel riding, Toboggan hill, Oakvale Wildlife Park, Irukandji Shark and Stingray encounter, the Tomaree costal walk as well as Birubi Beach and One mile Beach we were spoilt for choice of what to do. Paul's home is a great place to stay with kids and friends. He takes pride is having the property presentable and little details such as clear instructions about feeding animals, toys for kids, cleanliness and fully equipped and functioning kitchen was really helpful. Feeding the animals was such a beautiful experience for kids. Having tea in the backyard with the firepit on and watching the sunset was one of our highlights at this property.

My whole family stayed at the farm, we felt very comfortable and relax and very much like we had the place to ourselves, we had 3 fur babies also with us and they loved the freedom and river. Such beautiful views, loved the pool and spa, and house was very comfortable. We hope to all go back sometime next year. Would definitely recommend. ❤️

We had the perfect stay at Danny‘s and Ariane’s home, it was exactly as described with tasteful decor and it was beautifully presented. The hot tub was a hit! Thank you so much for having us!

Dear Ann (and Chris), thank you for hosting our large family. We felt right at home the moment we parked out front and you came to greet us despite the late hour. Thank you for sharing your beautiful and very loved home, stories and animals with us during our stay. You had everything in the house to make our stay comfortable and your recommendations were great. The family was all praises too. The glorious sunlight from the large windows, birdsong, Lara and Cash instantly put a smile on my face and I was in a happy place. Our boys especially loved your place and insisted I write you their message, "Hi, I am Shveta's son and I am 11 years old. I went to Valla Beach's top spot and to be honest I was really surprised at how well kept the house was. The house was huge and Ann (the owner of the house) was hospitable to me and my brother. Honestly, this was my best farm stay I'd ever gone to, and I have been to quite a few. Please stay at Ann's house. It is the best". We will be back :-)

Such a fantastic stay! Amazing location, great amenities and so great that we could bring our little dog! Will definitely stay again!

The accommodation appeared exactly as in the photos with a nice ocean view and all amenities listed. Communication was very good and both Glenys and the caretaker were very accommodating. The location is very close to One Mile Beach which is accessible with a short drive or through a walking track from the accommodation. This track however is not the safest so that is something to keep in mind with travelling to the beach. There is a shared pool with a spa, however it is not the largest so at times it is being used by other people. There is a small garage and a spot right next to the accommodation for parking, however if this is taken there is some alternative parking outside the accommodation's vicinity. Although, if all spots are taken the only other place to park is down the hill. I think it would be more convenient if the parking right next to the accommodation was reserved for those staying there specifically. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a short vacation.

My husband and son had a fabulous night at this acommodation! The swimming pool was a huge hit with our boy and the apartment was super clean and comfortble. They would love to stay there again!

I had the most wonderful weekend away for my birthday and this Air BnB was PERFECT. Close to restaurants/shops/servos and Lydia gave a full list of recommendations for where to go. The sauna and spa with that amazing view was the icing on the cake. Will be back!

Our third time staying at Brokenback & we will definitely be back. The villa is lovely and very well appointed, great location close by to all of Hunter Valley’s attractions. The veranda with a comfortable lounge is a highlight, watching the stars at night from there is magical.

Great little cottage in a very charming setting, very quiet and near by Coffs Harbour Jetty. The cleanliness was spotless except for the dining chairs outside.

Henka was a great host. Cabin was perfect for us to stay. Would absolutely recommend ! :)

This cabin was PERFECT for our weekend away off the grid! Super cosy, peaceful and relaxing. Thanks Amanda for the yummy brownies and for setting the lovely fireplace up for us. Recommend if you do visit to arrive during daytime/light, we arrived at night and it was very dark around/we got lost!!

thanks so much for sharing your beautiful cabin amongst rainforest serenity. even with the rain my friends were cosy reading a book in a warm loungeroom, while i had fun in the bush exploring rainforest tracks, rivers and wildlife. birdfeeding at breakfast on your verandah. sunset bbq with friends. national park access so handy. a drive to allen river, williams top lookout, lagoon pinch, headwaters lookout reminiscing of the bus trips the barrington guest house would take us on 20 yrs ago playing spot the koala. we saw...lyrebirds, bandicoot, quoll, diamond python, parrots, bowerbirds, echidna, pademelon and gloworms. cannot wait to come back to this location location location!

a fabulous find! If you u are looking for a quiet get away , this is it . lovely house with everything you need . fully equipped kitchen . comfy beds and pillows . smart TV. lovely spa overlooking the mountains and a coffee pod machine! we loved our stay

Susanne and Daves place was amazing. The view is just spectacular and difficult to put into words or capture fully with a picture. We had our wedding up at Eaglereach while visiting and Susanne and Daves place was the best for hanging around and relaxing the day after while we were extremely exhausted. They were also very accomodating to some last minute changes to the booking and very responsive and easy to communicate with. Well worth the trip!

A peaceful house on a ridge, surrounded by gum trees and kangaroos. We had everything we needed at the property and enjoyed the moderately challenging hike across the ridge below. Gorgeous views across the valleys around from the deck, with ever-changing clouds and weather. We were joined by fairly large numbers of kangaroos early morning and in the evening - often hopping right up onto the deck beside us! The steep drive up from Vacy is well worth it for the peace and quiet and the scenery.

Beautiful little cottage, very private, nice & tidy, fabulous surroundings & amenities. Would definitely come back & stay longer next time around

Myself and my partner stayed at the studio for 4 nights, and we were absolutely stoked with everything! We seen the photos before booking and it looked really nice but once we went through the wooded gate we were amazed with how nice it was in person. The more you look around inside the more awesome design features you see! Spotless inside clear and simple instructions. Harrison and Erika were very inviting and helpful through message without being too full on. Would 1000% recommend to anyone. We will definitely be back!
