Viktorria’s home was beautiful exactly as listed. From check in to check out Viktorria was great gave us suggestions on local restaurants and was all around helpful!

Chris was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay and let us check in early which was super helpful because we had early flights. Overall very satisfied 10/10 beautiful home and the hot tub was icing on the cake would 100% stay there again and recommend him to my friends

Excellent stay, the few doubts and problems were clarified and resolved quickly. Wide and comfortable house, even though there were 13 of us, we never felt cramped. We lease a vehicle and the location of the house made everything easier. In addition to being very close to the airport. The house was in great condition and presentation. 10/10. If they ask me, I recommend it.

This was the best airbnb experience we have ever had. This place was immaculate, upgraded amenities, beautiful furnishings and decor. perfect location, walking distance to the beautiful designer district. The host Adam was extremely accommodating, friendly and responsive. Adam made awesome recommendations for evening fun and restaurants in the area. I forgot to pack my small travel fan and when we returned from dinner there was a new fan in front of the entrance door. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this host group and reserving any of their units.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and close to local attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and consider staying again in the future!

We had a great stay at Kimberly’s place, the house is in a great location and was quite comfortable for our stay during Thanksgiving. The backyard and hot tub were a highlight of the stay for us and felt very private and lovely with the palm trees, trees and plants! The house served our needs to make breakfast and snacks for our daughter during our stay, but we did feel the kitchen tools (such as pots/pans and coffee maker) could have been nicer for the price of the listing. Overall was a nice stay but did feel like the property needed some minor upgrades and maintenance to make it worth the price (curtains in bedrooms, broken blinds in living room, touch up paint around doors/trim, gate leading to backyard that was rattling at night when it was windy).

We have 12 guest and the place is very big and open with high ceiling and lots of light. If you are traveling with large number of guess this would be a prefect house for you. Huge dining table would accommodate 15 people and also bit huge kitchen island with 4 chair. The sofa is very big and comfortable. There are actually 3 bathrooms in the house and the mattresses are very very comfortable and bed are sturdy and seem to be high quality. What I also like most about this home is that there is a gate and you can part your cars and right inside and make you feel secure and safe. I would recommend this property to my friends and family!

Amazing stay such accommodating hosts. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had 8 adults and 5 children 11,6, 4,4, & 1.5. It was perfect. The pool was exceptional. Large back yard and a large area in the front of the house for our active 4 year old grandsons to play and run. Loved the huge dining room table and open concept. We were able to have so much quality family time. Cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. If we had a question or need, Ron and Laurie took care of it immediately. Highly recommend this AirBNB for families.

I had an incredible stay at this vacation home in Miami while celebrating a birthday! From the moment I walked in, the space was immaculately clean, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The amazing views were truly breathtaking and made every moment feel special. The location was perfect—close to grocery stores and other shops, making it so convenient to pick up anything we needed. The staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The home itself felt like a luxury spa retreat—from the serene ambiance to the top-notch amenities that we enjoyed throughout our stay. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for making this birthday celebration unforgettable!

The house was great! Looked just liked the pictures. It was clean, Beds were comfy. Very specious there was 5 girls and it was great for us! Could easily be comfortable for 5 people. Washer and dryer worked great! We did not use dishwasher just washed dishes by hand. We would rent again. It was close driving distance to places. We ubered around and it was easy, drivers had no issues finding the house. Only thing we did not like, there was 3 bathrooms and no hand soap. We had to buy some. There was no complementary coffee. And there was only one roll of paper towels. All of which we felt was a little strange but outside of those few things, The state was amazing and Alex was a great host. Rep replied immediately with any and all questions.

We had a wonderful day at Rick's accommodation. Rick was a great host who answered questions promptly. The title listed it as "upscale." That would not be a word I would use to describe the place as it was a bit worn and needed some TLC but it was PERFECT for us. We had small children and if the place had looked like a model home I would have been afraid for the kids to play. As it was, the kids were able to take advantage of all the amenities. We loved the hot tub, played billiards for hours, played the video game machine, darts, and dominoes. The outside space absolutely amazing. It was a bit pricey after the cleaning fee and administrative fees were added but if you are looking for a place with lots of on-site entertainment, this is the place to be! If we needed a place for our entire family to stay, we would stay there again.
