Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

House quite adapted to our family goals, vast, practical, well located in the environment of the Bassin d 'Arcachon. The neighborhood is quiet, cars from a multiple family find space. House amenities are satisfactory. We didn't even use the fireplace, all busy with everyday family life.

The place looks better in reality than we suspected from the photos. The house is equipped with everything you need. But the best part was our host, who is very warm and friendly. We arrived an hour earlier than advertised and the house cleaning was still underway. Nevertheless, we were immediately let in and offered us a beer to welcome us. If we are close to Biscarrosse again, we will book this accommodation again.

Our hosts were welcoming and the communication and instructions were clear and easy. The house is very nice, large, with everything you need in it. Large and well-equipped kitchen with all the necessities and good equipment. The same goes for the laundry room with a very convenient washing machine and dryer. Beautiful functional rooms. Beautiful living room very nice and large enough to eat at 8. Very nice, well-appointed exterior that makes you want to come back in the middle of summer! We had a lovely stay at Alexandre's place!! Maybe the water cumulus is too small for the 4 guests (always the last one in the shower ends in cold water) Otherwise the garden, the kitchen, the bedrooms are very close to what we see in photos.
