The apartment is very comfortable, safe and tidy. It is located in front of a supermarket, restaurants, ecovia stop and a stone's throw from the best area of Quito. There is a 24-hour caretaker at the entrance, so it's very safe. Also comfortable is the small gym on the 12th floor, with a view of the city. We'll definitely be back!

Great place centrally located in the heart of La Carolina neighborhood in Quito. The condo is minutes walk to MegaMaxi (supermarket), shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, bars, and Parque Carolina. The location is the best selling feature of this condo. PROS: Quiet and safe building. Friendly doormen that allow for flexible check-in and check-out. The extra half-bath is convenient when sharing the condo with multiple adults. The kitchen is decently stocked. The washer-dryer are brand new and work great. And like I said, super walkable location. CONS: The sun hits this unit hard in the mornings and heats up the apartment. The place is also more worn down than expected -- broken sofa, toilet seats, soap dispensers, etc. The place was clean, but hasn't been updated in quite some time. Overall a fine stay though. Thank you.

I wish I could take this apartment back with me. This place was our perfect getaway home. The neighborhood is so cute and you are so close to major restaurants. everyone in the neighborhood and building staff is very nice. There are two cute little markets/convenience shops on the block. The views from the apartment in the morning and at night are gorgeous. Jorge is a responsive and excellent host. All the appliances are nice and updated.

I really enjoyed my stay, Marcela is a good host, the apartment is in the commercial heart of Quito, near Carolina, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, etc.

Magical apartment experience with private jacuzzi-sauna

The steam room and sauna is definitely a bonus and really made the stay enjoyable! Loved the air game table and the video game machine. I wish we had brought liquor with us, because there was a bar area with tools and someone left limes in the fridge. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, robes, slippers and blankets. So much in one place. Also a very relaxing jacuzzi tub, lots of pillows and comfortable beds. There are good tacos, and sodas at a cafe close by. There are televisions everywhere! I enjoyed sitting in the circle shaped space window with the fireplace on and listening to music. The bed was a great place to relax and watch Netflix. I would definitely go back to this apartment, but will stay longer next time. Next time I will use the cool looking telescope. Thank you Amilcar! 5 stars all the way!

One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at! Spotless, new furniture, great washer and dryer (and detergent!), and beautiful pool/sauna/hot tub. Good and friendly security and strong WiFi. Easy to get an Uber outside. Modern mall next door with pharmacy, huge grocery store, and good shops. Anthony was great to deal with. We highly recommend this place!

From the moment I booked, the service was excellent. They were always attentive to my messages and requests. Upon arrival, I found a super clean, comfortable and safe place. The guards are very friendly and cordial, which made the experience even better. The garage is safe for the vehicle, the spaces are quiet and the heated pool is simply spectacular. The whirlpool is also wonderful. Everything was perfect, I'm leaving very happy and I'll definitely be back. I recommend it to everyone! 😊👏
