On the way to an event, we stayed overnight at Francesco's B&B. It is located not in the central area but very green and quiet. The room is spacious, recently renovated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Buffet breakfast is also good, complete and without a time constraint. If you can't find the entrance, pay attention to the sign indicating Old Platano B&B (in italics). Overall great rating, also in relation to the price (about €90). The only thing is a slight musty smell in the bathroom, not severe enough to affect the vote.

Our stay at Roberto's apartment was simply wonderful! Roberto is a very friendly and attentive host. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located – close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. Roberto helped us navigate the city: he provided a map of Rome, suggested an easy route to the main sights, and recommended the best gastronomic spots. This was our first visit to Rome, and thanks to Roberto’s care, it was unforgettable. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much, Roberto!

The stay with Chiara was great. The space was nice and very well organized and clean. Chiara is also a sweetheart, always responding to my messages quickly and explaining everything to me in detail. Rome can be a bit chaotic, so the bus schedules didn't always match what was shown and since there was only one bus line that led to Chiara's apartment, it made getting around a bit difficult (but nothing that prevents you from having a pleasant experience in Rome). Metro line A (orange) passes relatively close to Chiara's apartment, so when I couldn't catch the bus that left me at the subway station, I would walk there. From this line, it is possible to reach several tourist spots in Rome and transfer to other lines to reach the others. Chiara also offers Italian coffee. Since I went at Christmastime, there was panettone!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Vatican and next to the Ottaviano station, which made our trips to Rome much easier. The room is spacious, modern and very functional, providing plenty of comfort. Breakfast was a great differentiator, making our experience even more enjoyable. In addition, Francesca was extremely attentive, providing all the necessary information clearly and ensuring a smooth check-in. The access to the apartment was easy and well explained, which made all the difference. I highly recommend this place to those looking for comfort, practicality and great hospitality in Rome!

The apartment is delightful, tidy, clean, functional for every need and very well furnished. Rich breakfast enlivened by the view offered by the beautiful terrace overlooking the Tiber and Valeria's kindness.
