Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Metropolitan City of Bologna

It was a pleasure for us to stay some days at this fantastic place. Maris Luisa is the best host we have ever met, she is truly open-minded and lovely. She helped a lot during our stay with her friendly attitude and great communication. The house is also superb, with fantastic construction and pinned with so many amazing arts and paintings. We definitely recommend this place for everybody!

The house is beautiful and clean. Extraordinary, friendly, and hospitable neighbors. Ciccio, our dog, found a new 4-legged friend Jack (The real owner of the house) who took 🤭care of him, introducing him to all the inhabitants of the area and scolding us when we left Ciccio at home alone. Strategic location to move around and avoid traffic. Quiet and quiet environment

We had a great time at Oscar’s place: the location offers great views and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire in the evenings and hikes in the area during the day. Oscar was a great host - very communicative and generous with his time, recommendations and wine! Highly recommended!

Our time at this villa was just perfect! The beautiful pool area and well-kept outdoor facilities made our stay that bit special. The modern design and luxurious amenities of the villa have left nothing to be desired. Particularly positive are the small details: upon our arrival we were surprised with sweets and drinks – a very nice gesture that made the welcome particularly warm. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, they always made us feel welcome. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this accommodation. A stay we definitely want to repeat!

Perfect house for a girls weekend. Ten of us had plenty of space to cook, hang out both inside and outside in the beautiful backyard and jacuzzi. We were not bothered that it is an old house with creeky floors and some doors that did not close and a few bugs here and there. We would have loved to have a more modern or at least bigger coffee maker for the 10 of us all wanting coffee in the morning and maybe a few extra rolls of toilet paper but there are shops nearby so it was easy to restock. We did not meet Nicoletta but Gabriela took great care of us and came over several times to help us figure out how to light the stove, fix a fuse that blew, etc. she was always readily available and very cheery and helpful.

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

My best find ever on Airbnb! I loved the place and Ylena was so lovely. Bonus was her amazing clothes which she designs - definitely recommend the house (and the clothes!) 💕💕

There is an amusement park and a park right in front, and the natural environment is so good. The house was also very usable in each space. Hosts love people and especially children. From board games to skating, soccer, and table tennis, they helped me enjoy the space and stick to my schedule.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the care and attention to detail that went into the design and maintenance of this property. The kitchen was not only spotlessly clean, but also superbly equipped. The location of the place was perfect – located in a quiet area that is ideal for rest and relaxation. The complex itself was beautifully maintained and offered everything you could wish for. I would particularly like to highlight the hostess Roberta, who made this stay so special. She was incredibly nice and accommodating, always available and always ready to help. Her hospitality was truly exceptional. Overall, this was an outstanding stay that I highly recommend to everyone.
