Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

The place gives absolute tranquility. It gave us the relaxation we needed for an affordable price. Jacuzzi with the view is the best part. The place is not that hard to find, even for commuters like us. We'll definitely comeback.

One of the best Airbnbs that I booked. My companions and I enjoyed the cozy vibes of the house and serene surroundings. Also, the hosts were responsive and accomodating and even allowed us to check-in early. Additionally, everything that we needed was there, from necessities, cookware to entertainment. Definitely worh every cent.

Super sulit AirBnb unit! Kulang ang isang 22 hours na stay haha. This is such a go-to place if you’re seeking a quick disconnect from the metro since it’s very accessible and commute-friendly. We rode a bus and tricycle lang going there, hindi na need ng trekking at malayong lakaran kaya very convenient (may Dali store pa sa kanto, one tricycle away from the unit 😆🫶). Ms. Harveline’s parents went beyond just to accomodate us, hinatid pa kami ni tatay sa sakayan ng bus pauwi hehe.

Place was very nice. The housekeeper was very helpful and accommodating. The host was responsive and properly addressed all of our inquiries. We’ll definitely be coming back to the place!

Charming place to stay in! If you’re tired of staying in a standard room or condo then this place is for you. Just don’t expect everything to be squeaky clean as a hotel. It’s clean in a sense that the sheets are freshly changed, and the floors are swept but it does have a few cobwebs and some dust around since technically it’s an open breeze house which is fine for us but might not be for some. Cabin aesthetic is a mix of the mountain houses in Baguio, and of the old bahay kubo-bahay na bato houses which makes it very unique - and why I appreciate the place as an architect and will book with friends also working in the same field. Location is near Ayala Mall Serin which makes going out for food and groceries really easy (it’s even better to walk than to drive in traffic since everything is near). The place was accurate to the description and the pictures provided, and was easy to find with waze. The host and the house staff were very helpful and replies fast to queries. If there's anything to recommend, maybe they could also provide drinking water and adding that to the overall fee. Overall we had a great and comfortable time at the place.

it's a beautiful, cozy and peaceful place. We really had a great time. Enrico was there to welcome us and introduced Ate Eva and Kuya Ariel who were very helpful and supportive during our stay. it's a very nice and comfortable place, we had everything that we need and place has a lot of things to do! The best ang hamoc and mini sports space with farm vibe, we enjoyed swimmingvin the pool and the sala was a great bonding place to watch netflix.. really, we love the place. Highly recommended!

great stay. wonderful staff. even asked if we could leave vehicles parked there after checkout so that we only had to take 1 car to town for lunch and they allowed us to do so.

This was my first time booking a place for my mom's birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! A few things that stood out for me (and my family) were: 1. The host and caretaker were responsive to my inquiries and needs 2. The people there (and even the ones in the neighborhood) were reallt warm and helpful 3. The place felt private, intimate and peaceful 4. The inside of the cabin + rooms was tidy and neat 5. Aircons were fully functional 5. Wifi connection was good 7. Utensils and amenities felt really luxe and clean A few concerns: 1. The shower in the outside bathroom was broken and the water was minimal 2. There were many bugs/mosquitoes outside so best to bring some off lotion and "katol" to get rid of them 3. The place can get really cold at night so best to bring something to keep you warm Overall, the description of the place was everything you'd expect and we had a lovely time during our stay. Wish we could stay for a longer period!

We enjoyed our stay. It was spacious and ideal for our team building and it had essentials available like ice and coal bricks nearby. Will recommend to our co-workers too should they need a venue. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

Mitch is a great host. Very responsive and helpful. The place is nice if you want to just have a quiet time with family and friends.

We really enjoyed the stay. The place is clean. Its quiet yet you feel at home. Need lang siguro to improve the kitchen medyo masikip po but overall its still good. Friendly staff, neighbors and even pets are friendly too! Tumakbo kme outside the compound and the view was really nice and pleasant. Will go back again 🤩
