Lovely apartment literally right on the beach, I was able to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand, that alone was worth the price! Host was very flexible and kind, offering me a good price for a 2 week stay. Only negative experience I had was the lack of a proper bathroom (it's a traditional shower where you stand on the floor next to the toilet to shower) and the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift - if you are disabled or have young children access will be difficult. Great apartment once you're inside, spacious, quiet and very well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay - would recommend 👍

Perfect place for a calm and relaxing holiday! We felt as we were visiting an old friend of ours. Kyriakos was very welcoming and kind host who was available at all times. The room was incredebly clean and tidy with all amenities needed for a good stay. The location was perfect - quiet and at the same time close to the center of Psakoudia. There is plenty of parking space as there are parking spots infront and on the opposite side of the road which are available to the public and were always free. Overall a very nice vacation, we recommend with both hands!

The apartment is quite charming and very functional, we had a great time. Dimitri shared us good restaurant addresses, it was perfect! The neighborhood is very picturesque and has beautiful views of the city

Small cute 2x townhouse box. By the time of our vacation (early October), more tourism was over. Beach empty, water 21-23 degrees very nice premier summer! Close to many beautiful beaches and many good places to eat.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Athena was very helpful and went out of her way to assist us, especially with parking, which was a bit tricky to find. Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommend!

Great host, location and general Airbnb - came here on a family holiday and loved it!

The house was close to the subway ,which made it very easy for us,as we had a lot of trouble finding parking and when we found we didn't move it again until we left. When we closed the windows we didn't have good wifi. Otherwise, it's a nice house.

Ria’a house was great. There are lots of restaurants in the area, as well as shops. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had a great time here and we hope to be back soon.

We had an exceptionally beautiful time staying at this great place! The house is right on the beach so the children could play there without danger and the garden that surrounds the house was very nice (old olive trees, pine trees and even one or the other turtle was spotted). The house is very bright and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the front terrace (great place for a coffee in the morning sun). Since we were there in October, we did not need the shade that there is in the course of the day so much, but in the summer this is certainly great! The area is very quiet which was very restful for us. However, car hire is indispensable. We traveled a lot with it, because the beaches of Sithonia are incredibly beautiful, we didn't expect that... Thanks to Suzanna and Dafne, we had a fantastic holiday!

Marianna was a great host; communicated clearly, arrived on time for check in, was flexible as regards the check out. The place itself is in the center of thessaloniki, homey and clean.

The house is awesome, has everything you need for a great vacation both inside and outside, and looks event better than the pictures. The host is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend the place!
