The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Beautiful beach town apartment for 5 people

Our trendy beach town apartment is open for rental this summer. Beautiful, modern, comfortable holiday home for one big or two small families. We are offering our much loved 80m2 second floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, large living area, kitchen and 4!! terraces. The building is also freshly renovated, situated in a very nice neighbourhood only 800 meters from the beach. All amenities in walking distance. High speed wifi and parking place for 2 cars in the courtyard included.

We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

This holiday home has exceeded our expectations! The location is truly beautiful, with a breathtaking view. What also stood out to us was the cleanliness of the house. Everything was sparkling clean on arrival, from the kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom. It immediately made us feel comfortable, which made us feel right at home. And honestly: the view and atmosphere are even more beautiful than on the pictures! We were really positively surprised when we arrived. The host family - Barbara, Roberto and their daughter Michela - are extremely nice and very helpful. We didn't arrive until late at night as planned, but communication with Michela went smoothly via SMS and despite the language barrier (we don't speak Italian and Barbara and Roberto don't speak English), we were warmly welcomed. The accommodation is like a small house, even if it is directly adjacent to the family's house. It is really nice and cozy and practical. We were spoiled with delicious little cakes and fresh eggs and always found an open ear for questions. After our trips to Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano ... it was always a pleasure to be able to return to our quiet "home". Thank you and best regards from Berlin!

We had a lovely stay in Sommocolonia! Nice small apartment with balcony and everything we needed in the house. Despite the central location in the middle of the village it was very quiet in the evening. Lots to do in the surroundings, such as hiking, canyoning, caves, swimming, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Loved Barga a lovely small town 15 minutes drive down the hill.

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)

We had a wonderful week in Alventura! The villa is easily one of the best we have stayed in, with lots of space (the two upstairs rooms have their own living area and ensuite, which went down well with our two daughters!), wonderfully furnished, and a fantastic pool area where we spent many happy hours. The surrounding hills are beautiful, and the nearby town of Barga was quiet, charming, and not overly 'touristy' - we quickly fell in love with it, and ate out most nights in one of the small number of restaurants. We didn't take the walk from the villa into town and drove in, but it was only about a mile. What also made our trip were the 'little' things: Anne went out of her way to check in and make sure we were enjoying our vacation, providing us with some food on arrival as well as recommendations for excursions and restaurants; there are wardrobes and drawers in every room for storage; and the kitchen knives are sharp! (a bugbear of other places we've stayed in the past.) Loved it!
