Amazing view of the city, it really has the perfect spot. Home is great and doesn't have too much, like some, but is just right if you’re visiting for either a day or a week. While the house is small it doesn't feel like that inside. Very comfortable and quiet in a city.

This home has it all. It is clean, cozy, and conveniently located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The home has a great back yard with adorable things for the kids to play with. The neighborhood feels safe and very inviting. The bedrooms are very well equipped, there are plenty of blankets and things to do throughout the home. There's a great stocked coffee area and the fridge is full of condiments. Tons of restaurants nearby. Pet friendly which is amazing. Very close to Miami University. The basement is a huge treat and my teen sons loved the activities. Perfect quick stay and would highly recommend!!!

Preston was an absolutely unbelievable host! The place was even better in photos and suited our group perfectly! They had everything we could possibly need, and Preston went above and beyond in the decor and setup of his home. He is an artist and painted every single piece of art and they’re all beautiful. He was very responsive and helpful with my questions, and I had no uncertainty the whole trip. The door lock system is easy and I appreciated getting a custom code that was personal to me. Every single guest (we had 8!) got a queen bed to themselves which is a big value in an Airbnb with that size group. We had plenty of parking, plus the street has parking available too. I truly can’t say a negative thing about our stay here! If you have a group, you’ll love staying at Preston’s Jolly Green Giant!

This is second stay for us. The place is very clean with everything we need. Everything is so close, very walkable.

We wanted to get away for a few days and stay in a walkable neighborhood. This condo was perfect! The views were amazing, the condo was very spacious, and the restaurants and activities we were interested in were well within walking distance. There’s even an option to rent red bikes right in front of the condo. I would highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. it was quiet, cozy, and restful. We also enjoyed nearby Holtkamp and Ertel wineries. We will be back for sure!

Will definitely stay again! We were in town for a few baseball games and this was the perfect place to stay! The condo was CLEAN. It’s downtown so keep that in mind when walking around. We walked everywhere with no issues!

This is our third time staying at Cheryl’s Place. We love the location in OTR and being so close to great restaurants, breweries, Washington Park, and more. The Connector is just a block north or south which makes free transit into downtown a breeze. The apartment is always clean and provides extra touches for guests, like snacks, local recommendations, extra bathroom items in case you forgot something (like Q-Tips, floss, face wipes, etc)—just things that are thoughtful and helpful, if needed! This is a popular area, and it can get loud at times, but we bring a fan with us to help with sleeping at night. However, the bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so it’s not as loud as it may be for guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Check in instructions were easy, parking is gated, and check out is a breeze! Host is very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Our stay was over Easter weekend, we arrived to see family a day early. At the last minute she had the place ready for an extra day stay! Took maybe 30 minutes tops and the place was pristine. They had everything we could need for our stay and more. Elizabeth & Anna were very responsive. Hot tub was perfect, and the backyard was where we spent most of our time while at the home. We were able to cook on the grill with everything they had provided. We were also pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine which I personally enjoyed. Thank you guys for an amazing stay! Hoping to stay here every Easter, couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family weekend.
